So I'm pretty sure this has happened to me before and I'm not entirely sure that I solved it last time, but after patching today I was unable to log in, I get about half way through the character loading screen where there's that little news feed and you can select your characters, but then it crashes, the error message says something along the lines of blah blah blah blah abnormal blah blah C++ visualblah blah I don't speak computer. Anyway I sent in an email this morning but I suppose they are really busy so I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, seeing as I've had it twice on two different accounts and computers. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated in the form of cookies, because everyone loves cookies.

I'd check that thread, and post bug info and crash log to it. More ppl yelling about it being broke, the faster they're going to fix it.
Sorry i cant help, but you dont have any real information in your post. Try copypasting what it says when it crashes.

Thanks for the advice, in the mean time all I can say is the error message.

Reinstalled twice, once removing everything.
Ran repair several times, maybe six or seven.
Still getting the same error.

Please file a petition under "Technical Support"-->"Logging in" category. Our customer support team will help to investigate the issue as soon as possible.
