Has anyone been able to complete this agent's cosmos mission for the 2 run navy mega bpc as of late? Or can anyone confirm that this agent has been deactivated? I've been getting conflicting reports for the required standing to interact with him. Some sites state you only need 9.8 standing, while others a 9.9 standing. I have 9.89 standing with gallente faction, 9.9 modified. All the other cosmos agents, including the ones to get the navy vexor and navy comet used the modified so I assume it's the same with this one.

I have heard several times that the required standing needs to be actual standing, not modified.

The required standing to receive the 2-run faction BS bpc is 9.9 modified. Your 9.9 is probably rounded up somehow. Same thing happened to me when I went for the CN Raven. One more storyline should do it, provided it's not MfWP.

the unmodified standing you need is 9.95 standing

The unmodified standing you need is however much you need to get your modified standing to 9.9. If your Connections skill is very low, then consequently you will need higher actual standing.
IOW, the unmodified standing is irrelevant. What you need is modified standing 9.9.

Thanks for replies, agent did finally offer mission after 1 more storyline. Ironically, it was a MfWP that put me over the top, so my standings was indeed being rounded up to 9.90. Final unmodified standing for the mission was 9.89, 9.90 modified.
