Yes its another one one of those. The other BC needs a T2 counter part.
My idea is simple really. We have HIC and DICs that keep ships pinned down.
The new T2 BCs would be extradictors. You warp in or whatever activate the new module made for the ship, everything inside the bubble E warps out of it.
It would override everything except perma points from Hics.
Could give smaller fleets a tatcil avantage, by making the larger fleet break up, then you probe and hunt.

That doesn't even make sense. We don't need t2 tier 2 BCs unless CCP thinks up a genuinely good and sane role for them.

Idea makes perfect sense, forces ships to warp in current direction for random amount of AU, sounds fine to me :)

Remake Eve's travel system (Weekly brainfart): - All gates removed. - All ships have jump drives, range dependent on size. Smaller ships have longer range. - Jumpdrives lock on to dominant gravity well, for system jumps that means stellar bodies. - Jumps have a spool-up time dependent on range. - Interdictors/Hics work as current, no change. - BC sized Interdictor creates an artificial gravity well, forcing all jumps from a given vector to exit on its grid.
As for the original query, I read a Dev post recently (can't find it now though), describing some ideas they have regarding a new Defense Shield type of thing .. perhaps that is something to slap onto a T2 tier2 BC. Creating a system that makes the already nigh untouchable super-capitals even more invulnerable is a very, very bad idea.

you forgot: - remove wtz - change all warp speeds so the differences are bigger
