Those bombs were dropped as a result of a cost benefit analysis. The cost of dropping the bomb was the murder/killing of 100,000 civilians per bomb. The benefit was avoiding the deaths of over a million soldiers on each side in ground war should the United States have to invade mainland Japan.

Personally, I think those bombs saved lives.

Instead of only "remembering" 9/11, try figuring out what greater symbol 9/11 represents. To me, it is a symbol of why religious fundamentalism must be eradicated from minds everywhere. This is not to say that religion is bad.

You mean the american historical view of it? For the rest of the world it was a disgrace. After murdering aprox. 166.000 people in Hiroshima, USA decided it was so successfull that they decided to murder another 80.000 in Nagasaki. No sir. It is I who should congratulate you!

So from your words, Iran could get a bomb and use them in an eventual coming war with USA/Israel. because they will have that moral right to do so since they are being occupied. And real-politika is at that point irrelevant.

USA decided under the 2nd world war to not interfere. That is untill japan sunk their ships. And for retalliation they killed 250.000 people. As a norwegian from a occupied country under the war I too would have liked to see the war end early. It does not however permit wholesale slaughter on innocent people.
