None of these will be going for sale, regardless of the outcome.
In the event that I don't get the starting bids for all of the packs, I'll spimply lower the bids until somebody takes it.

what system or region are they located? any person wanting to seriously buy should be thinking about the logistics and without location thats impossible.
if you recieve a lower bib then the starting bid and the auction time ends will you be accepting that bid or will you be looking to relist at a lower price?

The exact location will only be revealed to the winners for obvious reasons. It is within 5 jumps of Jita. Lower bids then the starting bids will be ignored. I may lower some starting bids near the end if there is lack of interest in a certain pack.

Problem with that is the bpos in a corp hangar do not have anyway of allowing alliance use with CCP's current corp/alliance mechanics.

Yes you would have to leave your corp. CCP has no system to allow alliance BP use, so until then that's not possible.

I'll put it this way, every BPO has a significant amount of research, enough to make those calculations of profit differences negligible.

Most packages gives profit with 0 ME, so if they are researched to "optimal" ME - you get more profit.

When writing up this post originally, I did run the numbers on every single pack. I decided to remove those figures for 1 reason alone. It would attract the wrong type of client.
Profit margins are going to fluctuate on a daily basis, that's just how the T2 market is. I want long term stable clients, who do their own research.
From experience I found this method to work very well.

I am interested in bidding, but I just to make sure I understand this. 19 packs with 1 division per pack means at least 3 different corps. 200+ factory slots mean at least 5 offices per corp, or at least 15 offices in one system. Am I missing something? Have all of the offices been rented? I would have split them up between 3 systems just to make sure I wasn't wasn't overloading the system.
