Please don't tell me to get another ship, because I love my loki, and I am only interested in asking questions about this fit. Recently I equipped my loki to be set up like this fit: http://eve.battleclinic.com/loadout/22770-Loki-Shield-RR-Voltron.html
I'm still able to rat in lowsec very well, taking 1% damage from BS rats in Amarr, but the lowsec area of my corp doesn't have any other lokis. I'd like to know if anyone has performed in a RR or shield transfer capacity on a roam with these? I'm sure more than one would be great, because being primaried would be hard with more than 1 t3, but does it work well? it can run cap stable with my AB on at about 65%.
I've tried multiple fits getting used to the ship and while there are better ships for most fits, this one can usually fill several roles at once, especially that of a cloak/prober with decent dps and a great tank. Just wondering how it works in a RR situation. I'm speaking strictly low sec roams

Fit seems fine. Any ship can be fitted with RR's and perform fine. Not as well as a logistics that cost 1/10th the price of this baby that'll probably get primaried and been dead in a single cycle. But if you pick your fights properly it should be fine.

You can also Armor buffer the Loki to 120k EHP and play bait as your buddies bring Armor RR ships. Shield buffers to go around 60k on the Loki. It's a must to have a Scimi/Basi in fleet when you take that baby for a spin, since you WILL be primary. If there is no Logistics, fit your Loki with CovOps Cloak and join the battle shortly after the shooting has begun.

Yeah that's not my fit, beaware that battleclinic users tend to fit the wrong size rigs. You have to used mediums.
Back to the loki, I have it set up with a cap stable RR, or shield transfer but it seems to go slow, is there a way to push more out of the repping/xfer other than adding another?

RR short-range loki vs RR HML tengu... need I say more?
The drawbacks of RR on an AC platform that is not the vargur or machariel should be obvious.
For pve, sure go for it.. for pvp: get a tengu like everyone else. __________________________________________________
