EVE Search - install problem linux

sasuk Gallente Aliastra	Posted - 2010.09.24 21:30:00 - [1] hi guys i have a problem my new system running win 7, just stopped working i have no output from rgb or hdmi so i want to install eve on my lappy which is running Linux ubunto now i have downloaded the files and started the installation but it stalls when it gets to directx install and hangs i left it for hours and it just sat there has any one had this problem or can any one help me please, this is the line it stalls on=" execute: "c:\program files\ccp\eve\bin\directx\dxsetup.exe" /silent please help
