Edited by: Tippia on 30/09/2010 19:35:25 If you create stacks of windows and then pin the stack, the windows contained get unstacked and will explode all over the screen. In other words, you cannot have pinned stacks because these will completely ruin your window settings the next time you open one of the contained windows.
The first extractor you (double)click on on a planet to start a survey will be filled with yellow for no apparent reason and stay that way until you apply your changes and it starts extracting.
The surveying "KITT scan" animation only runs for a single left-to-right sweep and then displays the results; the actual surveying sound still runs its full length (which is four "sweeps" long) ù you get the result long before the sound cue for end of the surveyà on the other hand, the length of the survey wait is much nicer now. ùùù ôIf you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡à you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.ö ù Karath Piki |

Thanks. o7
My guess on this is that it's another broken-window-stacking issue. Wrecks used to all open in the same stack. Since stacking doesn't work (properly) any more, they will pop up as a completely new window instead, with the default size (and possibly position) ù not with the one you set for a completely unrelated window. ùùù ôIf you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡à you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.ö ù Karath Piki |

I can play the game just fine with some flickering graphics (that has a work-around) and some wonky mail; I can't really play it without a functioning UI, and the current one simply does not work.
(Oh, and pet peeve: it's Mac, not MAC ù everyone is a MAC user, and I doubt you can play the game without one ) ùùù ôIf you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡à you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.ö ù Karath Piki |
