Okay, corp has been wardecced. WE are not afraid of the fight, we actually take the fight to them. We want to fight and are happy learning more and having fun. However, the wardeccers are the ones who are staying in the station docked. Weird huh? Turns out is very tactful it seems. We camp the station, they come out and engage, we kill a BC, then they dock. Probing? So we wait some more outside the station for our sissy wardeccers to come out and fight. All of a sudden, they come to engage, three more of their corp members log on, warp in to join the fight. They have outnumbered us and out maneuvered.
Is there a counter to this tactic? What can we do but go dock in a station and try to reverse situation and actually try to get them to camp us?
Any tactics recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Station-camping pvpers are the lamest of the lame. They rely on cheap tactics and neutral remote reps to win. They will get some cheap kills off your corp that way, and you'll only get frustrated. Eventually you'll do something stupid just to get a fight and lose a few more ships to their weaksauce tactics.
Fight them in a belt or at a planet. If they don't engage you off-station, leave and go back to whatever you were doing before and ignore them. Most likely they won't come after you because they lack the skill to do anything off their own station.

What you need to remember is they will not attack unless they think they can win. So when one undocks and starts shooting you its because they feel they are ready to beat you.
Unless you have a hidden trick up your own sleeve that they do not know about your going to lose.
If your camping a station have some logistics ready. Try to get a falcon off the station without them knowing about it ect. Always have your logistics at range so they cannot do anything about it without moving away from the station.
Treat it like a card game and never show them your entire hand untill its all cards on the table time.

Do you have friends outside the corp? If so, lure your enemy into lowsec. See if they got balls to come out there. Have a couple of your corpies 1 jump away. And just a couple of you guys in system to feign weakness. They jump on you. You tell your non-corpie friends who are currently docked in system to jump on them. And then bring in your corps from 1 jump away to jump on them too.
Another approach is to get one or two of your guys in frigates and feign weakness. Let a couple of your enemies follow your frigates 5 jumps away. Your enemy thinks they can take them since it's just frigates. You then dock in station where you bring out your BS or whatever on them. They never see it coming. I have a couple other tactics that revolve around divide and conquer as well.

- Easiest tactic is to use a neut logi
- Harder one is to log off corp members and bait with a nice juicy target - have your log off's ready on the character selection sheet and when engaged log them in.
- Harder than the last is take your fleet and log them off in a belt and sit a nice juicy target in the belt.

Stations games are bait and counter bait. With both sides trying to show just enough leg to get you to commit to the fight while holding sufficient force to wtfbbq the opposition in the 60 seconds it would take to de-aggress.
Of course that's 90% of PVP in EVE outside of RVB arranged fights and SOV warfare most people will only commit to a fight when they are more or less certain of victory.
The trick is to make then think they have the upper hand when they don't and of course they're doing the exact same thing.
Here's are a couple of examples of how to be and not be successful playing station games from last night.
I guess the Orphanage has gotten bored of popping industrials in Market hubs and wardecced RVB. It happens, lots of merc corps will hit us with the occasional wardec when they are between contracts and want a little action or some easy ganks from some of our more newb pilots.
Anyway so I log on last night and they've got a hugginn a Vaga and Cynabel doing the nano-rainbow thing on red hq. We've got a response fleet put together but we know this tactic and we know that we don't have anything that could get to them and catch them yet survive long enough for back up to arrive. So we set some bait (a guy in a Ruppy I think) and wait to spring the trap when they come down and aggress we run out a flight of heavy tackle Cruisers which try to lock down anything they can catch. In this case we get a hugginn once it's tackled we undock our gank fleet (BS's and BC's) and wtfbbq it pretty much instantly.
That one kill pretty much erased all their efficiency on the campaign. We played a little cat and mouse trying to run down their Vaga after that then they came flying in with a gank fleet that included several HACs and Strat cruisers plus logistics so we docked up and laughed at their smack about us lacking testicular fortitude.
So we showed enough leg and caught one of their guys and made a 100m isk kill they responded with a force so overwhelming compared to the mostly T1 stuff we had available that the only smart move was to dock up and laugh.
Now had they come in with something like a bunch of T1 BS's and BCs we might have played and had they kept their T2/T3 gank fleet a jump or two our while they got us to commit they might have been able to pull of their little gank.
As it stood they seemed to expect us to just toss them free killmails and well that would just be stupid.
That's one of the things I like about the EVE Combat it's far more tactical than any other game I've seen.
So put out a nice juicy target have Neutral RR ready to keep it up. Hide gank fleet until they take the bait and commit to the fight, learn docking agro mechanics you basically have to be able to drop them in 60 seconds or you aren't going to get the kill. Don't use ECM on your primary target it will break their lock and cause them to deaggress so they can dock up (save that for their RR and support fleet). Don't kill their drones but if they are stupid enough to leave them out be sure to keep them aggressed. Go for the highest value target you can lock down you'll likely only get 1 kill so make it count.
You're best bet of course is to catch them away from the station so keep a neutral cloaky watching the station to see when they undock and in what and where they are going.
TL:DR Don't expect people to play stupid just to satisfy your e-bushido. Expect them to play smart and present them with situations where they think they have the upper hand.

It would prob be quite boring since they generally don't want a decent fight. And then it's just standard bait 'n' blob tactics... in highsec. Bleh. --------
