(windows XP,32 bit) tried to access Sisi today. Same problem, posted several times here. Make it to splash screen, "version incompatible(release)" no patch link opens. So i try the repair tool. it runs, completes after 7 minutes, or so, and the mighty Magic happens: next time i try to log onto sisi, it is a tranquility Client. Wasn't there a mass test scheduled for today?I am afraid, i will not make it

getting the "requires sse2" message too. Does that mean, that i wont be able to play anymore after the patch on tuesday? Or will there be a non sse2 client/version?

I'm wondering what 20+d skill to put in queue on my (still) active accounts... and whether filling a "reimbursment" petiton will worth the efort.
Originally by: Kainan Nishon EDIT: Just updated and it gave me a warning that the game requires sse2 support...
Took them two months to figure it out?
Now I'm wondering whether it will be fixed at all or simply "working as intended" |

What is SSE2
So does everybody of you have a CPU prior Athlon64 or Intel P4? All AMD K8 Procs and later should support SSE2
And every Intel-User will have P4 or later, thats may the reason why especially AMD-User get these errors.
If this is real that you will need SSE2 after the pacth, so we all will need to buy a newer system
CCP has ganged up with the Electronics Lobby
