Except this isnt the case here. There is no risk for these pilots, as there are no consiquences.
Create an alt
Suicide kill

Delete the alt
Rince and repeat
They are using the mechanics of game (The ability to create and delete alts), to evade consiquences, and this is the part that a stop needs to be put too.

Im sure most dont consider the suiciding an exploit either...
But I do seriously feel, the deletion/creation of alst to evade the security status system to be pushing the limits somewhat.
