I'm looking for suggestions from corporations that have been happy with the alliance they are in. We're looking for an alliance that have offices or corporation members in Gallente space but others as well.
-They don't need to be PvP minded and go out wardeccing people left and right, but obviously the members need to be skilled enough to defend themselves. -Training sessions for newbie members are a plus -Minimal politics and drama (perhaps asking for too much here?) -Access to POS and research labs. I have my own POS too. -Minimal wardecs -Specific benefits that make them standout are a plus -Access to nullsec for mining ops and trade -What type of fee is required?
What else am I missing?

Didn't realize that this had to be posted in Alliance forum. Can a mod move it for me?

TBH it sounds kind of like you're asking for an alliance that can do all the things you should be doing as a corp.
Alliances always have some sort of drama, and as a rule the more carebear oriented it is the more drama it has. Why do you need an alliance to train your newbies? Why do you need an alliance with research POSs if you have your own? What possible benefits could make a highsec alliance (a carebear one at that) stand out? Everyone has access to nullsec. If you're talking about SAFE nullsec, well odds are you're only going to find that by actually LIVING in nullsec. |

tbh you be better off either staying out of an alliance if u wanna stay in high sec or joining one of the many renter alliances if u want to mine/rat in 0.0

Really? I thought the more PVP oriented, the more drama?
We don't need an alliance to train our newbies. We train them on our own but sometimes we can't be everywhere at once and none of us are experts in every career so they fill holes that we can't.
I don't know what benefits would make a highsec alliance standout. Hence my reason for asking.

Nope. Carebears get so uptight with their stuff in eve it's hilarious, but most pvpers have long since stopped taking the game seriously and enjoy nothing more than just ****ing around and doing stuff for the lulz. Once upon a time I would get ****ed if I lost a BS, bout 8 months ago I lost a marauder and a carrier within the same month, didn't bother me a bit.
Carebears who play often enough to be good corp members tend to be uptight about their ingame possessions. You pretty much HAVE to attribute some real value to your isk/ships if you hardcore carebear, because spending several hours a day running missions gets boring if you're not anxiously waiting to hit that next isk milestone. PVPers on the other hand have to NOT attribute real value to their stuff, because if you pvp often enough to be on on a daily basis pvping, you're damn sure going to lose more than a couple ships, so unless you stop caring about them you're going to end up emoragequitting.
TLDR: To spend a lot of time carebearing, you need to take the game somewhat seriously. To spend a lot of time pvping, you need to NOT take the game seriously. Hence carebears tend to start more drama, whereas pvpers tend to lol at said drama.

I'd also suggest to join a renter alliance. You will find enough drama and politics in 0.0, you don't have to look for it... or you can make for yourself :).
