Im just wonder has anybody thought about it. How do the mining lasers bring ore into the cargo bay. How do we transfer items from wrecks and cargo containers into our cargobays. My thought is that be teleport the stuff.

I've no idea on the mining lasers, but I remember one theory has it as a combination of a laser to blast bits off and a tractor beam to pull those bits in. Can't remember any PF discussing it.
As for cargo, the Empyrean Age novel would suggest that it's heaved over by the people on your ship. I'd have to reread it for the exact procedure. That was a non-capsuleer frigate, though.
There is no* teleportation in EVE.

Ya in the book it was a none capsuler ship. But it's to quick for it to be people hauling it. I know it's a game but I think it should have some explanation. Also how would any one go into a cargo container and Hual it in the ship.

The mining laser is a combination beam high output laser\tractor beam array that chews the rocks up and tractors the debris into your ship.
Transfer, while I don't recall reading any PF related to it, is most likely handled by drones and small interior tractors.. We have camera drones, scout drones, etc.. It would be my guess that a ship has drones for many of the more dangerous duties on a ship. such as cleaning the power core, regular maintainance on the hull and anything that a human in a spacesuit would still find "dangerous".

The chronicle spider miner contains a description of how mining lasers work, and there WAS a chronicle (which I cannot find now, of course) that describes a ship using a small laser to slice up a wreck, allowing the ship's owner to extract valuable components. How isn't explained, but a small drone pack or a micro tractor beam of some kind isn't out of the question.

The term 'mining laser' is actually an oversimplification. It is really a combination of disrupter - that temporarily breaks down the strong nuclear force, combined with a molecular resolution transporter that actually puts the ore into the cargo hold. The ore re-materializes and the usual nuclear forces take over again.
