The most probable threat to that loose coallition has proved multiple times to be...that loose coallition. Indeed, portions of that loose coallition only recently attempted to take Damu'khonde space in direct violation of terms of "that loose coallition."
How any claims can be made at this point that the region is as rebuilt as it will ever be with a straight face and honest intent is beyond me. It is a collection of liars and opportunists, each trying to keep their backs to the wall so as to keep another's knife out of it. Damu'Khonde are right to distance themselves from the area.

I'd like to illuminate as to the silly pontification that the party of the first part needs to inform the party of the second part that the party of the third part should quit his whistle and pinch rather than go off half roostered or his bird might fly the coop in the search for a better lolli to dibble.
...what did I just say?

In short, it is a coalition of Capsuleer alliances, and the political manoeuvring that goes along with them, yes.
My claim as you put it, was that we, the Damu'Khonde, have done as much towards the establishment of a new social/political structure in Providence as we can. I did not proclaim it to be some sort of utopia, simply that there is little more to be gained from us remaining as residents in the region. Be that for furthering our own goals or for the future prosperity of its inhabitants. We helped to fill the vacuum, the rest is now up to those who remain there long term. Our departure may even alleviate some of the local tensions, but only time shall answer that question.

The history of Ushra'Khan is sad but illustrative of the struggle of the typical unenlightened Matari barbarian:
The barbarian struggles hard and proudly for his freedom, but once he has attained it, he is at a loss at what to do with it. With little to fight against, he forgets what he is fighting for, and fighting in itself becomes a goal rather than a means.
Ushra'Khan helped install a 'tribal' governing system in Providence, a system in which each tribe agreed to freely raid the other tribes as long as they didn't set fire to each others homes or drive them from their land. The other tribes agreed with this not because they agreed, but because the strength of AAA enforced this rule.
However, secretly many of these tribes yearned for a freedom that Ushra Khan wanted to deny them. These tribes did not come to Providence inspired by the principles of the Ushra'Khan. They came to Providence to raid and pillage. Ushra'Khan wanted to deny them their freedom, they desired a system of 'controlled pillaging', but many of the tribes rebelled against the iron fist of AAA and pushed until that fist bent and then finally broke.
Now Ushra'Khan is back to being a wandering tribe of formidable warriors, their tribal governance coming to its expected end. Rulers cannot raid and pillage in one's own territory. Freedom is not a solid foundation for a stable government. Giving every farmer a gun does not improve the size of the harvest.

providence is a negative result, but it was an interesting concept.
it even may stabilize again after our departure, or it will collapse - but whether the new inhabitants of providence live or die, they will do so as free people.
That was the only agenda ushra'khan had.
Our legacy in providence prevails, for as long the free forces in providence keep CVAs hands out of their business.
At least now, they have a choice.

At the time of the opening statement being made, just about every entity holding space in Providence had moved there to join the Non-Invasion/mutual defence sovereignty pacts as set up by ourselves along with -A-. They all chose to come to Providence under that agreement. I'll repeat that, they moved in to be a part of it by choice seeking to acquire space, not because we forced them to do so.
As we left, those same alliances were seeking to maintain those agreements, not scrap them. That is hardly trying to impose conditions under threat of violence or anyone trying to 'free' themselves from our supposed tyranny. The situation in Providence has obviously evolved further in the past week, and is set to continue shifting rapidly for awhile yet.
Those who live in Providence chose to do so, under terms they accepted freely. The situation there today is the result of their own choices made as part of that fledgling society made in the months since then.
