Hi,
checked eve-agent.com but sadly the lvl5s I checked are not in the system this side claims  Any other resources out there ?

Eve-agents is several years out of date.
You will find this site much better and accurate. Eve-Commander

try eve explorer
In the first drop down choose "show agents" then use queries like below.
Just a hint press run query and then it will add a qualifier field so you can say <, >, <=... (the qualifier field doesnt show up till it knows the query requires it)
each time you add a query an additional line below it opens up so you can chain filters
e.g. agents
"with level = 5"
"in system with true security < .5"
"in system with true security > 0"
"with Quality level (QL) > 0"
i get 20 results with 9 of them having locator agents (look at the legend yellow bar)
**And then there is a "jumps" section on top of the search results, type in your current system and it will tell you how many jumps away the agents are from you. (click on the blue star icon to sort by number of jumps"
now on to how accurate it is, i'm a noob so cant tell you that. but the website itself seems to be continually update (at least the wiki section).
edit: might try asking Guerrica, trouble finding agents
