Hi
I've also taken the plunge along with many other people and have started a podcast. I've no real qualifications to do so, I'm not particularly plugged in to any elements of the community but I'm an enthusiastic git and I do plan on hosting some interviews as many others do also.

Episode 3 is now published!
In this episode we continue with the philosophy of keeping the podcast short and relevant. We manage to pack in quite a bit too!
Eve Core and I have a small discussion regarding Incursion, we are also excited to host an interview with Trebor Daehdoow of CSM 5 where even more detail is discussed. We introduce the Infobleep section and also have a blooper. All of this in 20 minutes. Enjoy!

I'm sorry. I made a mess of things.
Basically, the site CMS has great extendibility such as.. oh I don't know.. providing Podcast feeds.
Well, this does such a good job of providing download statistics it forgets a basic goal of providing uninterrupted downloads. Who'd have thought, eh?
So I hacked it to pieces and now it provides the correct download URL in feeds and download links without any silly processing overhead and without forgetting its basic goal of providing downloads.
"What does this all mean?", I hear you cry in wonder and excitement. Well, it means that if you refresh your feeds in your feed application of choice you will now achieve download speed and reliability comparable to other sites that have their download issues sorted out.

What's it all about?
We're expanding the InfoBleep section of the podcast to include your experiences of module usage. We've got an idea of which ones we want to do but if you have any preferences of which ones you want covering then please let us know.
Firstly though, what's an InfoBleep?
This is something we introduced in Episode 3 and is basically a section where I read out the name and in game description of a module we are covering in a modulated voice and myself and Eve Core quickly state our experiences with that module. We want to expand that to cover your experiences with these modules and it's an ideal way for many of you to take part.
Secondly, how do you take part?
Pick a module of your choice and write or talk about it and we will read them out in the appropriate episode. Don't worry if you are picking the right module or anything like that, pick any module you like and we'll worry about the scheduling of it and matching it up with other submissions.
You can talk or write as much or as little as you want but be aware we will snip it to about 5-60 seconds so don't go writing or recording epics!
As mentioned, we would also love to broadcast your voice if you send a recording in. Don't worry too much about quality, we can clean it up if it's necessary. If you just email us text then that's fine too and more than welcome, then either myself or Eve Core will read it out.
Send all submissions to Max's email address which is [email protected] and we'll get cracking. It doesn't really matter what format you send audio in but if you stick to mp3 it's a fair bet there'll be no issues.
Don't forget!
Please remember to include your character name (or real name if you wish) and your corporation/alliance name (if you want them broadcast). If you wish to remain anonymous then state so and we can put your voice through a vocoder thing or read it out ourselves.

What an episode!
We have a new co-host, don't worry Eve Core is still about but on a break. As a huge bonus we have Noise who will very likely become a permanent fixture.
In this episode we have two fantastic interviews. One with CCP Guard where he reveals his in game adventures and gives us some idea of what is to come once he gets his feet under the table at the Community Team. We also gain an insight into the day to day workings at CCP and discover the best way to arrange those interviews with CCP.
And if that wasn't enough awesomium in one episode, we also have CCP Manifest telling us how he got into CCP (clue: it's not the usual route!), some detail about life in the PR Department, how CCP work as a global company and a look at the man himself.

Blimey, I missed out the goodness of Episode 10 here and also the introduction of the ISK Bucket Episode 1. We're now on EP 11 of the Podcast too!
So here are some linkies:
Episode 10
Along with some other Eve Online Fansites we were invited to a press conference with CCP on July the 5th. This was to address recent events surrounding the Incarna expansion and other such hot topics. The people doing most of the talking were:
Arnar Gylfason û ôCCP Zuluö û Senior Producer for EVE Online
Alex Gianturco û ôThe Mittaniö û Chairman of the 6th Council of Stellar Management
Noone was allowed to rebroadcast any recordings made but we were lucky enough to have sent our new intrepid podcast host, Penelope Star, who made copious notes and a great recording that we used to pretend that we were there!
We then hastily set up a session and discussed the contents of the Press Conference from different angles to get as much difference of opinion flowing as possible so donÆt be offended by any of the discussion, we deliberately set up some of the perspectives. It was an interesting session and we hope you enjoy it!
Thanks to CCP for allowing this and a massive thank you to Penelope Star for her hard work on this episode, a big thanks to Noise and a bigger thanks to you, the listener.
Episode 11
Episode 11 is almost entirely devoted to Laedy whom you may remember from the Hydra Reloaded team in Alliance Tournament 9.
We get the skinny on what actually happened in the final, the situation leading up to it and an insight into the inner workings of the Outbreak and Hydra Reloaded teams and how they prepared for AT. In fact, we hope youÆll be very surprised at the difficulties faced and the effort involved. We also delve into a bit of PL espionage (or do we?) and other shenanigans because of Falcon and discover some thoughts on how to retain players in Eve Online. An interesting interview that was so interesting I didnÆt have the heart to edit any out.
A big thanks to Laedy for taking part and best wishes for the future, a man hug to Noise and an air kiss to Penelope for performing the interview whilst I was away. An awesome podcast team to say the least! Thank you all.
