Is it just me or do you hate Jita sometimes? I log in to day excited to fly my tengu. I was planning on going hunting for wormhole in lowsec. I had just bought some new scanning implants.. and I check the mineral prices mineral and component prices and my tengu is now 50mil more total. I had alrady bought it when it was moderatly high cost to produce but now it was even more and it wouldn't make sense to lost it now just in case. So I have to stay in station. Sometimes I wish I could produce T2 and T3 so I could stockpile minerals at low prices and not have to be worried about it.
tl:dr Neft Jita price fluctuations.

You are flying a 500, 600 million isk ship, and because it went up 50 million in price it has gone from being flyable to, unable to afford to lose?
Well at least you have a hard cutoff as to when you cant afford to replace something i suppose :P

Step 1: Shuttle, 9000 ISK
Step 2: Leave Jita
Am I reading this right? Sink half a billion ISK into a ship....and have no other ships to fly?

could always go back to flying the ship(s) that made the money to buy your tengu in the first place. Tengu/CNR/uber pve ships are nice to haves not need to haves. Amazing how poeple forget plain ole t1 got them those things in the first place. I run t3 as well...but don't forget my drake/raven roots lol.
If its a bad night that see I signs of possible problems, the raven that made the isk to pay for the tengu standing by. At some point may just run HG talons to disappear...trying to save money up for some investing in eve. Got the money...just no motivation. Only have problems on weekends with more US people on my tz....weekdays all the kiddies back in school and workers back at work, local goes back to the normal peaceful folk of my town. You know, the miners and their hauling alts, the runners and their salvage/fleet booster alts lol.

I have 15 ships that I already bought but still can't fly because of the endless long skillqueues. Does that count too?
And why noy buy your Tengu here?

Failure to turn a seemingly bad situation around for the better seems to be a problem that a lot of players suffer from. If you were smart you'd take advantage of your tengu being worth 50m more and sell it, then buy a new one next month when the price drops. - - - Dian'h Might - C&Ps resident "internet kleptomaniac" |

I have a stockpile of crap that I don't use, that I bought when the price was low, and I sell when the price goes up. Also, you can manipulate the market yourself, if you put things up for sale a little bit higher than what it is at currently, and eventually, people will match your higher price, to the point where you become the lowest, and your stuff sells. Just dont' make it obscenely high.
