On the other side you can try sue CCP for not protecting you enough from harassment, sure, but good luck here, because i'd say most judges won't bother with cases that start with: 'He smacked me in local with nasty words and looted from my ore and the GM don't ban him. KThxbai' Just make sure you never ever give away any information to other players that might identify you as a person in real life, even to 'trusted' in-game friends, because there's precedents of nut cases trying to harm each other over mmo-related issues. Whether or not he has a case depends on what you have been saying and whether juristriction can be obtained. e.g. If your in the US and the person you have alledgedlyy abused is also in the US and you have made disparaging remarks against his RL character or been racial abusive or incited violence then you could well be looking at a visit to a correctional instituation in the near future. b.t.w. He chose to play a game where player vs player activities can be forced upon you at any time against you will and that dynamic is the core mechanic of the game.
