As does sometimes happen in the course of events, one finds that the corp one is part of is not as top-notch as one would like.
So, I've decided to make the best of a bad situation. I'm offering location information, defense information, and armament information of a POS set-up in wormhole space of a corp in the Domain region. This includes an Orca, several processing facilities, a research station, and much more.
All I'm asking for is enough ISK to make it worth it for me to give the location to someone with a gang to go bust it up and take whatever they feel like taking.
I'm not interested in negotiating on the forums. If you're interested, send me a mail in-game and we'll work out the specifics. You'll be dealing with this alt (My main DOES have a reputation to consider ) |

Thank you, Spitfire.
And to the two gentlemen who disagree with what I'm doing, I'd say take this as a lesson NOT to ignore your veteran corp members and NOT to expect them to carry you, otherwise, this happens :) |

In EVE as well as in the real world, mercs don't pay YOU to spend their time, effort and risk their lives and assets.
I'd be happy to look over the intel you have though, and even send out a covops for confirming everything if you send me 100 mil.

I'm offering someone the chance to go loot a corp who doesnt seem to get that their security standards are not up to par and that it's NOT a good idea to DEMAND that their manufacturing supervisor handle a metric crap-ton of orders and that it be done in a few hours when the production cycle alone takes a few days ON TOP of not offering anything in compensation. Loot, steal, blow up, ransack, I really dont care what the buyer does with the information.
All I want is a finder's fee.

Edit: This thought just came to me. You couldn't possibly be a veteran member of anything, much less a veteran player of this game lekseven, considering how you are going about selling your information. You're still scum, and you're also either a noob or a scammer. Information simply isn't sold this way.
I dont care how it's normally done, I'm not exactly practiced on the corporate espionage trail. If you dont believe me, I really dont care.
Perhaps you could share with the class how it's done, since you seem to be the authority.

I told you twice already. But the bottom line is that it depends on what you really want out of this:
a. isk b. getting medieval on your former corp
If you really want to get back on your former corp you should pay isk for that yourself, contract mercs and immediately drop the illusion that people will do it for free, let alone pay you for it. For this you should post in C&P or use the "merc contracts" ingame channel.
The only way you could possibly get isk out of selling information is by giving more info about this particular pos. You made a good start by saying that 'their security standards are not up to par' just now, but that is not nearly enough to tempt people to pay for just some info on where to find a pos and what defenses it has.
For people to pay you it has to be a very juicy opportunity. And everyone and their monkey have an orca at their pos so that is not it. It could also just log off / escape, etc. The pos has to be easy to take down and full of very valuable stuff for people to give you a cut and not charging you for their efforts. You'd have to provide more evidence of that though. I'm afraid what you offer is nothing much so far.

Dude burns out on hardcore carebearing, wants nasty things to happen to his ex-corp with the help of a third party AND get isk for it at the same time. Dude gets explained that it doesn't work that way and does a good job at not listening and showing off his lack of common sense at the same time.

ROFL
But I like the idea of the buyer, even if it doesn't work that way, good info is worth something. Maybe if a 3rd party would verify the info?

Well, if you'd happen to help us see if you're not a scammer, what J number and class/static wh are we talking about? If you give us the J number we'll be able to see if it has a highsec or lowsec static in order to assault it, or infiltrate.
