I'm trying to edit this old spreadsheet and it doesn't seem to be giving me accurate figures but I can't figure out what is wrong with the formula. Can someone point out my error?
This is it:
Overall Mineral Cost=Base Mineral Cost*(1+(0.1/(1+ABS(BPO Mineral Level))))*(1.25-(0.05*Character Production Effeciency Level))

Total Quantity = CEIL(CEIL(Material Quantity on ME 0 BPO / (1 + ME0 BPO waste)) * (1.25 + ME 0 BPO waste / (1 + BPO ME level) - Production Efficiency skill * 0.05))
where base = CEIL(Material Quantity on ME 0 BPO / (1 + ME0 BPO waste))

if MElvl>=0, Overall Mineral Cost = Base Mineral Cost*(1.25+(0.1/(1+MElvl)-0.05*PrEff) if MElvl<=0, Overall Mineral Cost = Base Mineral Cost*(1.25+(0.1*(1-MElvl)-0.05*PrEff)
Also, make sure you're using the correct base values for the build. _

Don't know about your formula, too lazy to check it, but a common error in-game is to use the mineral values as stated on the blueprint - which has already been modified to include blueprint waste. Make sure you're using base mineral costs for items (there's many web sites that list the base cost. Doing a perfect refine on 1 module/ship will also give you that items base mineral cost).

Before you re-invent the wheel, check out the Eve Industrial Organiser spreadsheet.
There you will find all the formulas and the data tables that you could ever want or need.
Have fun.

You (And I) are missing and end parenthesis somewhere in there.
