I guess it is because it is Caldari's only HAM boat, shame that it's there best cruiser Weapon and the Drake is the only bonused ship that can make use of it. It is also the only Caldari sub BS that can fit Heavies, MWD and a Tank w/o Fitting mods Ammar seems to be doing ok up there with the Zealot and Harbinger. A lot of Ammar Battleships, no Suprises there. Seems Winmatar are still the uncontested alltime killers of EVE with 8 ships and 2 pirate ships which use speed and Autocannons. There Weapons, Speed and Tank is all Minmatar. They do have ok sized Drone Bays but still Hybrids = Worst brids Which kinda sucks I been looking for a good reason to train T2 Med Hybids for a while. Why not use 2 LSE and dual med nuets? Personally I use 2 TEs when I do not need too much speed.

I was just trying to get the EFT numbers of speed, acceleration and agility as high as reasonably possible because they're less abstract than falloff. As for the neut, well, I think I just misclicked. If you don't "get" it at all, it's just a really bad parody of the OP in the F&I "waahwaah nerf Drake" thread..
