I just wanted to say that im gonig to re-sub an inactive account, it must be really demoralising for CCP to check the forums everyday to see people moaning constanlty that the game is awfull and they dont know what they are doing. This game has a hell of allot going for it.
Im looking forward to the mining changes, i loved the faction warfare changes hell i even liked the idea of incarna if it was done right. On top of that CCP are communicating with us more than ever on how they plan on making changes to the game before they do them.
So lets get a bit of positivity going for a company that has produced a game we have all loved playing and been completely immersed in for years, ive had the best gaming experiances ive ever had thanks to CCP and they deserve a hell of allot more praise than they get. |

It probably isn't demoralising because they know, more than any one of us, how little the percentage of people that play the game are who actually visit the forums let alone take the time to post.
Those people are still playing the game.
They aren't posting about unsubbing. |

I would also like to say CCP, thank you for providing me with an awesome game to play, how I want to play it and thogoughly enjoying my game.
While there are a few things in teh game Im not keen on, it doesnt bother me as I just dont do those things. CCP I understand that this is your game and that you try your best to make it good for everyone.
Keep up teh good work, I am staying subbed, im into my 5th year in Eve and hopefully continue for many many more to come. Dont listen to the idiots who 'say' they will unsub if you do X or dont do X. They will play, or they will not play, do not bend to their emo-ing.
Also, IB4TL Trust me, I almost know what I'm doing. |

Since this is appears to be turning into a thank you thread.....
I personally think Eve Online is the best MMO ever made, for me its less a game and more a hobby.... a part of my daily experiance. I look forward to every moment in Eve wether Im hauling millions of ISK worth of loot to sell, frying a rock with a laser, running my crew through a wormhole, scraping paint with pirates or participating in one of my latest what if operations... Eve is always there to say "yeah you can do that".
No game has ever offered me the freedom of play like this one does and the fact that its pretty, complex and social is just icing on the cake.
So let it be known when Im giving you **** about your game CCP its because I do give a ****, not because I don't. |

Well it take alot for me to say i'll be training for mining with my main and alt's. I allways said hell would have snow on the ground first. well there's snow on the ground in hell.
Do to the buff the mining barge's now have ill mine once again. I hated the fact the old barge's were so weak that they could not take any hit then though they were larger then cruisers but could not take a hit from a destoryer. now that the barge's got some long time needed loving yes i have fire my mining and building skills up after 4 and a half years i just now can use all the t1 mining crystal's to most that not much for those that know me THAT IS ALOT.
Good job ccp on the v'3s "love the mach's" and on the mining barge buff. Btw my alt's training for the ocra so what that tell ya.

i disagree, the forums are for feedback. if things work as they should there isn't really much need for feedback, they know if a feature is good because nobody is making posts about it saying how much they hate it.
again, the forums are for feedback not public **** sucking. Reading my posts is like panning for gold; most it will be useless, but occasionally you'll find a nugget of gold. |

Does feedback not include positive feedback then, are we only allowed to be negative. Also i dont think the forums are purely for feedback, that is one of their functions but they are also for discussions amongst players ect.
I dont understand what good comes from accusing someone who is willing to say they enjoy playing a game of public **** sucking. If you tell CCP what you enjoy that information is just as usefull as telling them what you hate. Im not some peace loving hippie who wants to spread the love i just wish people would actually be honest, if your upset enough to rant about something then you have definately invested in it so much you must have loved it/still love aspects of it in the first place.
Glad to see allot of positive comments in the thread, to be honest i was expecting the complete opposite to happen. |

Actually having bitter vets unsub is good for the company and they know it.
New players love all the old content you have already written, vets are crying for dev time and are bored.
It is far more pleasing to have 100 nuubs for customers than 100 bitchy vets. I'm an American, English is my second language... |

I've been here since 2007 and I'm still here so...nope. Also, PvP in EVE is just a reflection of the real world, little people with big toys trying to kill each other for either fun or resources. I don't play a game to experience reality, even if it is in SPAAAAAAaaaaacceeee..... |

Excellent well thought out response, unfortunately you may be ignoring the possibilty that people cant play the game 24/7 but with mobiles and tablets have accses to the forums of a game they love at work or while doing other things. I love EVE but its not the only thing i do, i have other interested and other responsibiltys but i do like ot keep in touch with the community and whats gongi on |

No for you its a pvp game with out other's doing the other stuff were would your ships and mods come from the tooth fairy?
Hard core pvper's seem to forget were there ships and mods come from. Given no ships are seeding and all those t1 and t2 mod you use are not seeded there all players base. pvp should thank the mining and builder doing there part in making all that.
i do belive over 90% iteam's in game are players built something to think about aint it.

Actually, some of us might know it's nice to be polite to people who make cool stuff for us.
I'd like to thank CCP for making EVE. I never really got into MMORPG's before I found EVE, but the combination of open world and scifi lured me in. I'm still enjoying one of the only actually inventive games around to this day. Thanks guys! http://eve-sojourn.blogspot.com/

That's just a PvP-tards way of twisting words and meanings to lend some form of credibility to their argument. Selling is not PvP. Manufacturing is not PvP. It's more PvE than anything. The player pitting their skills and resources and ability to create or mine against the environment of the market. PvP is PvP, Manufacturing and mining is NOT PvP. Get over it. |

Confirming that when I put orders up on the market they are being bought by CCP and not competing with any other players to sell my items. Glad that is settled |

In the traditionalist sense no, it's not. If you want to stretch the terms meaning then sure you could say it's "pvp," but the people who engage in it do not see it that way as, to them it is not and it is only thus when stretched by PvP-tards, such as yourself. |

Except it's not to those in the market. They don't see it as pvp. They see it as playing in the market. When people use PvP on here, when they say they don't like it, they mean you and your over engineered flying gun bashing against my nice shiny mission ship that didn't even so much as point in your direction. |
