if what I have been reading is ture, WH corps are going to have fun, because if the sansha stay in the system until they are removed. WH corps are going to be playing russian roulette because the corp will never know what the status of the system is until they come out of their WH. this is going to be awesome

My thoughts exactly, I'm not sure if the OP has been a part of a WH corp. If so, I want to know which one so I can infiltrate it and gank all those tasty haulers they ship out blindly through the first k space exit they get!

I am just saying the corp wont know if the system has been invaded until they come out and look around. because where the WH is always changes the corp is always going to have somefun comming out of the WH.

Yeah my cov ops is pretty scary too, it has a cargo scanner AND a ship scanner onboard. Most gate camps run the second it enters system.

And why would a WH corp care what the status of a system is regarding sansha? It will have only very limitted impact for a WH corp, since they only got to travel through the affected system.
Right now they already got something similar but with a MUCH larger impact, and that is just in which regular system they end up. If it is high sec they can have a direct WH to jita, but they can also have one to some abandoned high sec pocket in low sec. If they got one to 0.0 they might have one into an awesome ratting system filled with targets, or they can have one to some region with only macro ratters. If it is another WH space it can be some nice WH expedition, or it can be filled with enemies. All these have much larger impacts than sanshas.

You realise once they jumped through the wormhole to the k-space system they pretty much will immediatly know the status of the system?

yes but will the system say infected by the sansha or will it say clear i already know all the secrutiy status information. I just think it will add a little bit more excitment for WH corps or players when they emerge from the WH

Seeing as your relatively new the the game, I'll forgive the lack of knowledge and the overall enjoyment your getting from the game. It will wear off soon and you'll be at home with the rest of us old geezers who have the humor of a rock, or a viking I suppose.
As for your thread, basically any WH corp worth a damn is going to be affected by incursion about as much as they are by any known space exit. They'll say over TS3/Vent or type over corp chat "Found an exit, its High/Low/Null sec, and it's under incursion."
Not much more than that, most of us WH corps get our jollies of more when we are d-scanning during a sleeper op and see a new ship pop up that hasn't been announced as friendly incoming. Depending on the op, it's either going to be one hell of a fight, or one hell of a gank. :)

It will not affect a WH corp past having to add new info to the exit they've found. It's practically a non-issue for any WH corp out there.

So you went from "ZOMG WH Corps are going to be so impacted by this" to "Is this going to hurt Wh corps at all?" in just 12 posts.
You're making yourself look like an idiot.
No, this isn't going to impact WH corps in the slightest since, as always, if they don't like the exit in question, they can just close it and get a new one. --Vel

Most wormhole denizens will simply shrug and go about their business. The only way they would be impacted was if he Sansha came into wormhole space. At which point they simply become a new flavor of sleeper... Especially the deeper guys... Guys who are used to core sites will probably look at an entire incursion and go "mmmm, tasty lootz there"...

Edited by: Titus Phook on 22/11/2010 18:14:54 Not to mention the wormhole guys are already well used to a sneaky semi intelligent AI switching targets, killing drones, nueting, scramming, webbing, generally acting more like a player than a npc and dealing copious amounts of omni damage (not sure if the sansha are dealing their usual or going omni)
