That's not black, it just fits the colour sceme of the whole page. Let me explain what a Christmas present is, it's a GIFT for EVERYONE, so either it will be some fun but essentially useless item that will last for a short time then become redundant (like we had snowball launchers), or it will be some thing that benefits everybody equally.

So my guess is we are going to get maybe some kind of extension to faction warfare but you can join concord and become a copper to fight the sanash professionally. Which will give us access to concord agents and the concord LP store which will have some nice new shiny ships for us to fly.
