This Raven have 70%+ shield resistance in all damage types and can turn everyone on that cap won't go below 35%. With DoT about 500 per second!!!!!

well you take any ship and add officer loot to it, it will pwn, only thing I would say is use sheild amps because they are like 49% passive resist (the top officer ones) with the top xl booster.
And if that amount of isk is not a issue, gimme me some please.

OMG!!! How much did that set up put you back? I guess Isk is not a problem. As far as improving that set up the only thing that comes to mind would be to put it on the Rattlesnake faction scorp BS when they finally hit the market. If you havent looked at them it is a scorp with a raven slot load out and insane bonuses too.
