Basically at one point in time when i first started I aimed towards pvp and industrial (hyerk hyerk)I'd love to be able to redistribute some of those now useless skills as i learned how to specialize things and began making separate accounts that specialized in hulks/ice mining (ended up selling those characters as I just got tired of industrial). This character started towards maledictions for small craft and bs's for pve missioning. What am I currently skilled for to further specialization in ideally? I've got AWU V going right now and it has 13 more days left til training is done however when the learning remap thing is implemented then I'll finish awu V with that and not sure ion where the extra will go then. Started playing with some friends and they want to move to a WH at some point. They'll be doing the industrial gig but I'll be there to take out sleepers with a few of them which is what my goal is to do in regards to picking out a idela ship with current skills and what skills to further spec with.
also this character was made when you got a ton of useless skills really to ur inventory or maybe I tried going industrial first? I dont remember its been years ago. I had 2 alt accoutns I was skilling up as domi sitter account guarding the apoc I was flying in sansha missions so the apoc could focusfire anything big down quickly and anything that got in range of, the two domi alts drones warmed them... i'm not playing the 2 domi alts currently and don't really plan to unless Im able to generate enough income to pay for all 3 accounts via isk.

But on the off chance you actually need help, your mechanic skills need help. Especially if you plan to pvp.
deadly serious.. i'm seriously out of the loop currently though once I get reacquainted with things I pick it up quick enough ;)

Alright, take a look at the Mechanic section of the skill market, you will see all sorts of I NEED THAT in there.
As for ships... well that's a personal preference. I like them all.

The amarr frigates are not very good, and you don't want to be flying t2 (except for interceptors) if you are not an experienced player, no matter what your sp.
My opinion is that you would be best flying arbitrators and harbingers. Your drone skills are okey and you just need medium pulse laser specialisation to round off the t2 medium energy turret basics. With your learning sp spend, if you want to get reasonably proficient and able quickly, you'll need amarr cruiser V and battlecruiser V.
With these t2 weaponry specs at IV and the spaceship command skills at V you will have enough skills to do any amarr cruiser and battlecruiser justice. At this point I would buff up your support skills, including thermodynamics as mentioned above, in particular focussing on gallente and minmatar drone specisalisations to IV, capacitor skills and armor skills. Talk to your corp as well, if they use shield logistics in pvp you'll need enough shield skills for a decent shield buffer on your harbinger. My point of these recommendations is that the t2 weaponry and spaceship command skills to V will make the biggest differences to your combat potential.
