Hello everyone, I was wondering what skills I should invest to, atm I'm remapped for mem/int for a year and was thinking of some spaceship command skills.
More exactly I was thinking of the oneiros but heard it's not the best logistics there.
So where should I invest ~3mil sp ? Logi V Amarr Cruiser V (for guardian) or something else ?
Thank you, Hachi.

Well, you do seem to be support-oriented rather than direct combat-oriented. Logistics would be a good way to go. Which race is determined by the gangs that your corp/alliance normally send out. Armor tank more often? Guardian. Shield tank more often? Scimitar.
If this was my character, I'd be dumping points into Taranis and Curse/Pilgrim. But that's just me. ----- Ambush. Hit and run. Gank before tank. Speed is life. |

I really want to do some real combat. What do you suggest then ? Recon V ?

You're pretty well skilled for a Vexor or a Myrmidon, so I'd start with those. Maybe graduate up to an Ishtar when you can afford to lose a couple without going bankrupt. T2 ships are quite shiny, but they are expensive to lose.
If you move away from the drone ships, you'll definitely need to increase your Gunnery support skills. ----- Ambush. Hit and run. Gank before tank. Speed is life. |

If you want a combat ship without investing to heavily into gunnery with the SP you could train for Ceptors which are a blast to fly. You will have alot left over after that though so cruiser 5 wouldn't be a bad idea if you have the cash, you're support skills are truly excelent, my compliments so you mainly only have to train up gunnery + spaceship command for whatever you want to fly. Which cruiser V is ofc the question, Gallente you'd be able to jump into the Ishtar pretty much straight away, also Arazu and Lachesis. Amarr also have nice Ceptors though and their T2 cruiser lineup offers the Curse, Pilgrim and Guardian which you'd all be able to hop into fairly quickly, also zealot if you invest a good deal into gunnery. If you want to go BS's for pvp later on Amarr is generally better choise of the two, but again requires significant gunnery skills as T2 guns are basicly required on whatever ship class you fly.

I for one am in the same position that you are, a little more in industry and science, but i for one I'm going for carrier, then my true love NYX, but that is just me, i will use the carrier a lot in anom, just let him do the killing:) As for what else u can do go for cynabal, or gila, due to your drone skills. You did not mention what you want to do in eve, pvp, pve,R&d what? hope this helps

I want to be able to pvp, atm I can only come out in my rep domi with drones which isn't the most effective. I was thinking of a smaller ship (cruiser-sized or smaller) to be able to pvp with, the curse sounds nice, cynabal as well (though I don't have good gunnery skills). For logistics I'm torn between the oneiros and the guardian. I'd like the oneiros because I could easily train for ishtar (having cruiser V)... but the oneiros isn't so used in fleets compared to the guardian.

The Curse and Pilgrim would be good for you simply because they don't require good Gunnery skills. You already have the weapon skills they do use (Energy Emissions Systems and Drones). Be aware that you will lose a lot of these ships. Training Amarr Cruiser V also opens the door to the Guardian (which you are already mostly skilled for as well). To be truly effective with Recon Ships and Logistics, you will need to have them at V to get the maximum bonuses. ----- Ambush. Hit and run. Gank before tank. Speed is life. |
