[b]Is there a way that we can remove certain SP and add them 2 different skills if we don't wnt the skills we hve?
Also will there be a way that we can be able to buy SP somehow like a package deal or something?

Would be kinda fun, actually; like a yearly neural remap, but then for skills (provided you wouldn't be allowed to deallocate SP for skills that are prerequisites for other skills you learnt). --

I wouldn't be against it but only once on each character and only after 1 year, to enable people who made horrible mistakes or people who found out mining isn't good at all the chance to apply what they've learned.

Actually, they could add an option to recover SP from already learned skills. Ofc there would be an associated SP loss involved. E.g., you can recover 75% of SP of a skill (say) at 1000 ISK / SP.
This would eliminate the FOTM issue (but the very least it would cost you).

I might be in favor of this.
Yearly skill point re-allocation- once a year, refund all points spent in a SINGLE skill. If you have any skills which require the remapped skill as a prerequisite, they and all their skill points are REMOVED WITHOUT REFUND!
That way, you can get points back from that skill you trained but never actually use, but you have to REALLY never use it or it starts to suck.

Regain skills at half the rate you lost them, i.e. i would quite happily exchange 5 mil of skills from sci + industry to put 2.5 mil into gunnery

Thank you but we have enough FOTM right now. Making training for these even easier, is not something I would endorse.

And, you know, the beauty of such a system would be (in whatever exact implementation it might appear), that people would not be getting free SP; not even faster learning. All it would really do is add a little more variety to the game.
As for skills that are a prerequisite for other skills, removing the latter also, and without refund even, would probably lead to an overwhelming stream of petitions from people who didn't realize such and such. Best to keep it simple, and not allow you to unlearn a skill that is a prerequisite for any other skill you learnt. Especially since not doing so can lead to a cascading effect, as those other skills removed might themselves also be prerequisites, etc. Even then (kinda like EVEMON listing all skills it will also remove when you delete one from your plan that is needed elsewhere), it would be good to list what the skill you wish to remove is a prerequisite for. --

I agree. There are choices that are meant to be made with appropriate consequences and rewards. If you train something that does not help you (however doubtful that maybe). Live with it, or go play something that is "easier".

Id happily pay to remove certain skills (without gaining anything) just to clean up my character sheet :p (yes im a perfectionist) But I have learned to enjoy the game with a cluttered character sheet, I have skills IRL that I never use as well....

As hilarious the initial idea was to me, I actually thought about it and have to say it is tempting. I used to be a miner and now don't mine at all. That basically means my maxed out exhumer skills and actual ice mining isn't used at all.
Because of that I wouldn't even mind the 75% return rate. It would still be much better than the skills not being used at all. Then again who knows what the future will bring and might head into a low sec corp that does want a miner.

I think this is partly misunderstood =P
Let me say first off, I'd be against skill remaps. There's absolutely no reason for it. You learned the wrong skill? Well, there's nothing stopping you from learning the other ones that are right for you? So, hop to it!
The comment obviously made against WoW is... a bit wrong. You see, in WoW, you are only allowed so many talents, period. If you mess up your build? That's it, start over, quest from 1 - whatever again. You're useless, and no guild is going to recruit you for your minor mistake for which you need to start ALL over for.
Where as in EVE, well, as stated in my first paragraph, you aren't screwed. Go get the skills you need. It's not that hard =P
Anyhow, wouldn't bap WoW for it. It's a good thing they did that for a lot of reasons that are not relevant to EVE. It was a lesson learned from Diablo 2 in their system design. Much like CCP learning that "learning skills" aren't cool. Adapt, modify, adjust for your customer base =)
