There is no item that is guaranteed to generate a profit. You are based starting with a few ammo BPC to get a feel of the process. Then look at the market were you are based and start working out construction prices for the items that are in short supply. Ammo normally sells well at mission hubs. make sure you have your production skills maxed out and then look at your research. One you have identified something profitable to produce, then look at getting BPO's.
There are a number of free guides that you you should read before getting heavily in to manufacturing. Macrointel, the place were the nature order of the universe does not hold sway. Pirates and ore thief's are congratulated by carebears for the actions. |

Edited by: Dasola on 19/12/2010 15:42:39 Yep, i would recomend reading guides first as well. Industry as process is not difficult, but makeing decent profit is.
It that takes some homework to do in number crunching, marker research, etc.. before final decision to start manufacture something.

Rigs! Do a little research, found out which rigs move a lot in the major hubs, buy said rig BPO's, research them(or buy them researched), get your salvage from the market or elsewhere.
Find a nearby station with open factory slots, produce the rigs, sell the rigs at the hub.
Rigs are good to start with, the bpo's are pretty cheap and the materials are small so you don't need a freighter to move stuff to and from the market hub.
Also, google dedaf's industrial tool and download it. It's the best third party industrial tool I've found yet.
