Edited by: Soldier Razor on 22/12/2010 10:37:02 Don't forget those heavy missile spec and HAM spec skills
more rate of fire per level means more fired missiles for those T2 missile launchers
warhead upgrades (more dmg) Missile Launcher Operation (better rate of Fire) Guided Missile Precision Rapid Launch

Basically all the missile support skills to at least 4. The most important ones to 5 are probably Missile projection, Target navigation prediction and guided missile precision. And Rapid launch, I guess. Signed, Pheusia |

Nvm, read that wrong he will be using heavy missiles. Edited out me saying something about Guided missile precision only affecting Heavies but he is using them. :D
Also warhead Upgrades is nice to level 5.

You will also need advanced weapon upgrades to IV to get a good fit.

Somewhere in the region of 3 weeks training just to get 2% to damage? I would suggest that there are a lot of other skills that would be better than this.

In the short term three weeks of training one skill for a mere 2% damage increase doesn't sound a lot.
In this game even in pve 2% can make the difference especially when you add on mods and rig effect. In pvp if you have it and the enemy doesn't you're doing more damage than they are, who's going to win if everything else is equal?

As with 95% of Eve ships, there is no "best" fit.
There only "best fit for what you are trying to do"
So don't neglect your light missile skills. 95km light missiles can play hell with enemy small ships. You might not one shot em, but you can make it impossible for them to engage and stay. (and in some cases, you can one shot em)
For the most part, The Cerb was designed as a Heavy Missile platform. But options (like HAMs and Lights) make you more useful.
Play nice while you butcher each other.

you'll also want navigation and electronics skills.
HACs like to speed, make them happy. Navigatio skills for speed, better AB/MWD performance (thinkg carefully about AB 5....its preferred by many to run at 4 because it burns too long for pvp).
Electronics you want the range skills. Cerb your range limit will be sensor based not missile. Faster lock times with sig analysis not a bad thing either. PLus whatever skills to get sebo's to work better.
Shield rig skills to get that sig radius down. Missile rig skills to free up the cpu hits on alot of them.
