where to start. (controversial potions at bottom of post)
- concord sanctioned compact jump drive
- micro cynos for inner system jumps (used in conjunction with above)
- concord EW mods
- concord warp scram/disputer (scram:4 point strength out to 10km, disputer: 2 point strength out to 20km both with high cap cost)
- concord drones (primarily logistics)
- DED implants
- concord sanctioned hull conversions for 1 of each racial destroyer/BC (concord paint jobs)
- concord weapons (using 2 weapon skills)
- concord faction ammo
- concord Passive armor re-constructors (less armor HP better nanobot distribution)
- concord hacking device/savager/analyzer/ship scanner/cargo scanner
- concord target spectrum breakers
- Avatar clothing
- concord gravity well (stops a ship dead in its tracks, has a 60second cycle time and uses capacitor boosters)
- concord Pos modules. (DED large blaster battery, excet..)
- concord scan probes +25% base scan strength -75% flight time
- TAG offers for LP (purchased in sets of 10, primary navy tags only)
- concord (DED) faction transport ships (built around stealthy logistics)
"CONTROVERSIAL"
concord "deploy able in SOV null and WH" communications shards (can be turned off/on to force local to Kspace/Wspace modes) needs a large pos and takes 90% of the PG/CPU to be online, is anchored outside the force field, has the HP of a warp scrambling battery, (once incapacitated local will update after the next session change)
concord radiation smart-bombs:
these bad boys are your answer to AFK cloakers: -using something akin to the old torp impact anim, -when activated the ship will emit a pulse that will radiate outwards from the hull at about 250ms to a maximum distance of 100km -upon hitting a cloaked vessel will then bounce back (visually) giving you a rough location of the cloked ship. -to counter spamming of these on gates there will be a 120second delay between activation's (this means all activation's of any mod designed for the same purpose) and they can not be activated with in 25km of a gate or station.
there will be 6 varients for this module. (these are all high slot mods) ( and and will incure a suspect flag on hitting neutral shipping) 1 for each sensor type (total 4) higher base SS 1 for multiculturm, low base SS 1 for extended range multispectrum (max range 5Au at 1Au every 60seconds) see bottom for info
to go with this: add to any hull designed to use cloaking devices the following role bonus
+100% to native sensor strength while cloaked.
these mods will be scripted with the following:
100km range (no script) - base sensor strength 50km script - 2x base sensor strength 25km script - 3x base sensor strength 5km script - 5x base sensor strength
this will not be an activate HIT/MISS module, instead it will works as following:
-mod emits pulse unscripted with a base ss of 5 - target has ss of 5 (50% reverb chance) -mod emits pulse unscripted with a base ss of 5 - target has ss of 10 (25% reverb chance) -mod emits pulse unscripted with a base ss of 5 - target has ss of 1 (95% reverb chance)
note for example 3: it should be designed this way to alow for one off failures and "lucky brakes"
the extended range multispectrum radiation SB:
this module works in the same way as the other 5 variants. with a few exceptions:
-first and foremost it has a "DEAD RANGE" this range is hard flawed at 100,000km -it is not scripted -there is no suspect flag incurred upon activation -to see results you need to be in system map (results are shown as small spheers about .25Au in diameter) -it s base senser strength is 100 across the board (no cloaked ships location is safe) -the pulse on this baby will energize a ships hull for 5 seconds, enabling hunter killer pares to track down and possibly kill the target ship (if it is truly afk) -when a cloaked ship is hit with this wave it will act as if it has been ECMd and the appropriate indicator will appear on the pilots HUD (not showing from whom, only that they have been hit by the pulse) |

I actually like the last part of this, Give us negative sec status pilots easier kills. Attack us and we can attack back. This will turn into an aggro mechanic war. I.E. You see me in a merlin and you shoot me. I dock in my pod come back in a vindicator and own what you shot me in. |

Dead Man's switch/scuttling charges - Simple module or item to carry in the cargo hold, visible on scan that when your ship is destroyed, all modules and cargo are destroyed as well. All that may be left is salvage from the wreckage using a salvager. Needs to be of average size, 10-20m3 and somewhat expensive. One use of course.
Insurance adjuster. One use contract, hires a real insurance adjuster to find the reimbursement price of a hull using the Jita last 60 or 90 day rolling average buy price.
Name change. The ability to change your character's name, hideously expensive, wipes out all kill log, standings, all online records of the character that are accessible to others in the game and resets sec status to 0. Removes/deletes all assets everywhere including ISK. The only thing remaining would be sex and age/creation date. Call it witness protection or something, make it cost an insane amount and non-reversable.
A certificate that allows you to clone jump regardless of your timer. It would be one use only, consumed on use, reset your timer and tradable. |

I just want to say what I don't want to see. Purchasable sec status. Not ever.
Empire suicide ganking is already a profitable industry. Adding ability to buy sec status from CONCORD would be a huge and unnecessary boost to gankers. Further it would make identifying threats in lowsec much harder. Sec status as game mechanic is there for a reason, and adding ability to buy back sec would make it near pointless to even have sec in game.

One thing I find as and to be a pain as and incursion runner is moving all the incursion ships I require around to the different systems. I would like to see a Low or high slot module that allows you to attach or tow 1 ship of the same mass or less to another.
When this modules is online the ship using the modules would have all high slots offlined. The ship you are towing would have to be stripped off all modules other than rigs and have and empty cargo hold. When the ships are in Tow the ship towing will have its warp speed reduced by 50% and velocity reduced 50%. In the event the ship that is towing is destroyed both ships will be lost. |

Security Status. Empire Faction Standing to make their diplomats talking a bit to some officials. I don-¦t know why the Amarrians would dislike this citizen. Concord Faction Ammunition ECM and ECCM Faction Modules. Long Range Neuts and Nos Some form of ship hulls, how about confiscated pirate faction ship hulls? Make them more expensive than the original prices and give them a concord paint job!
In General stuff that will more or less unique or rare, used and consumed to keep LP values stable. |

Just a thought, I would pay 1 mil LP and 1 billion ISK for each 1400mm artillery meta-14. and probally similar for Meta-14 gyros. I know this might cut into the 0.0 Explorers pay but as there are so few meta-14 items available, with the exception of capital wrecks. Reason and logic never wins over Stubborn and Convinced-á (But-áI still try..) |

CONCORD police bribes. Allows you to engage 1 target in hi-sec without CONCORD intervention. It would be expensive and consumable, but you would not lose your ship to CONCORD.
Probably a terrible idea, but fun to think about. Imagine the tears. One does not simply undock from Jita 4-4 |

Concord implants would be nice - something like genolution implants just a bit better. Also armor repair imp set would be nice. Concord modules - similar to faction/lower deadspace mods Concord remote armor/shield rep mods Concord Iteron BPC Concord cap boosters BPC Concord POSes (so we can bring law to lawless parts of space) Polaris frigate BPC - someone here had a good idea about this. Every major faction has it's own frigate. Don't see any negatives + ship concept arldy exists! Concord Tags way to improve faction standing/sec status (very expensive so it won't be abused... much) Concord DCU - meta 6 is enuf |

Not sure if this was mentioned, but what about a Concord Blind Eye, or Bribe. A consumable item that would count down a timer and delay Concord from reacting to aggressive acts. Acts would still lower sec status but the cops wouldn't come get you for the duration of the bribe.

Exception Crates (10m3 or smaller) - If you can fit it inside the box, you can get through gates without a problem :) Allows smuggling similar to bribing. Limit 1 per character?
Billboard Rentals (Moderation would be needed though), allow Corps and Alliances to advertise their corps through the local billboards in high-sec space.
2nd Gen Concord Implants, that are no longer in line with the current implants that Concord actually uses. |

The abillity to request a jumpclone in any station throughout highsec. For example: you pay a lage amount of LP to buy a jump clone in Venillen, while you are in any other system. Process takes 24h to transfer all character data, after which the clone is available.
I think jumpclones shouldn't require a standing grind towards NPC corporations |

I would like to see a Day Pass for low security status players. You could call it a Bribe if you wanted. :) Just something that bought a low sec status person some free time, where they're not bombarded by concord guns just cause they've shot someone in lowsec one to many times. |

Personally, I'd love to see 1-run BPC's for a lot of ships in the game, even if they were ridiculously expensive for pirate ships for example. Otherwise, BPO's for various things for LP only. These BPO's being for ships, ammo, and various non-ship equipments (like cargo containers or POS structures. |
