In the feature page For Incursion it is said that NPC will get a boost IQ wise , meaning that they will have a less dumb behaviour and reacting more cleverly, does it mean that this will apply to npc in missions (1-2-3-4) because i dont want to go in a mission lvl4 the 19 and suddenly being blown off because all of a sudden all nPc web / scramble / drain / kill drones etc etc ^^ if it's the case it's a big nerf to missions and i'm for it :) (but i think that lvl 1 missions npc must stay dumb otherway they could be too hard for brand new players)

Probably not.
In some comments on random threads it hinted by CCP developers that a better AI and better ships would be gradually introduced in new missions, but that old missions would not be redone (for now at least). Too much work to do them all at once.

I heard the also want to change Sleeper Drones regarding the use of Neutralizers. I am a bit afraid of this, since it may have some repercussions.
Currently, virtually all T3-cruisers are active tanked. With Sleepers emphasizing more on neuts, all the ones who are ratting in wormholes need to overhaul their tactics. I think that this will mean a further rise in popularity of passive fits and the corresponding ship types (most prominently Drake & Tengu). And less opportunity to catch these ships off guard since they won't have this weakness to neuting any more (although killing Sleepers will be a bit harder in general).
Maybe rebalancing the bounties of Sleepers would have had a similar economic effect...

The new AI is only for the NPCs in Incursion sites. It's a new and improved version of the Sleeper AI. We have not applied the AI to mission NPCs yet.
We also installed the three laws of robotics into the AI, but they may see through our ruse. I just hope they don't seek vengeance on their makers.

Again, mission NPCs are not affected in this release. Only the Incursion NPCs will have the new AI. No need to fearmonger yet.

There are a lot of NPCs in the mission system, so it would be no small feat to apply the AI to everything. It's certainly worth investigating, though. We'll see what the future holds.
(Actually, we know what the future holds: Spaceships. Lots and lots of spaceships.)

Dominix is a small price to pay to make PVE fun and hard to AFK. Besides you still have the Megathron.
On the plus side maybe they will fix Blasters and Rails for PVE...

Indeed, however if the Gallente need an ECM boat to run missions against this kind of AI and the other races don't, then something does need attention.
Assuming it ever happens... which I think and hope it will (both the mission AI change and Gallente improvements).

OMG, you guys really should add either new missions with advanced AI or the very least re-think the old ones. It's terrible to be able to routinely do missions. They make you dumb after several dozen runs.
Please add more missions :)
You could alternatively add/reassign new agents who could hand out advanced AI missions or something.

Other EWAR upsets them too, but if you want to pretty much guarantee which ships will get primaries, have a fleet of more than three ships, with at least two being ECM. It works the same for PVP.

It's the sleeper AI improved in some way or other ( hell if I know what ). Hence asking if the improvements get applied to sleepers again.
Just having them actually neut is going to be a big thing, though.
