The dual language on the same page is kind of off-putting, but there you go. _

now this just made me regret helping you, this comment really rubs me the wrong way. You know this is an 'ask nicely or get bent' forum right?

As I answer your survey, I am going to tear it to pieces. I do this mostly for my own amusement but also for your own achedemic progress, because if you don;t akgnowledge at least some of the following failings in your report, your teacher is going to shove a rake up your arse.
Your first two questions contradict.
Do I own a smartphone? Yes (my answer was actually no, but we are talking data integrity here)
So what else do you use to communicate?
Suppose I don't use anything else to communicate? The closest option I have is other. I can't say "smart phone only".
Ding! you win the prize of having an over-inflated "other" section on question 2.
How old are you?
First two options are:
17 or younger
18-25.
I am so ****ing glad you didnt lump 18 between 15 and 20. SO many people do this, and its a critical fumble since 18 is the age of adulthood in many countries, and this critically significant in any survey.
But equal critical failure, who went and lumped 18 and 21 together? you did! 21 is just as important as 18.
Also of note, although you did not know this: 15 is the age one may legally purchase a mobile phone without the consent and more importantly ID of a parent in Australia. Once 15, your own ID is sufficient to purchase a phone or simcard. It may be similar in other developed nations. A very important age for you to take note of, perhaps?
In what area do you live? A megacity requires 10 million people, not 1 million, and giving the number 1 million as 1000k rather then 1,000,000 is probably what lead to your confusion, and will lead to the confusion of others. This entire question is rendered useless by the fact that noone will know what the **** you are talking about. Some, like me, will select megacity even though they do not live in a megacity, based on your numbers provided, up-scaling themselves. Others will downscale themselves instead.
Do you travel often? If yes, where?
Two seperate questions. Data integrity *ok*, disgusting way to pose the question, and unforgivable use of checkboxes, doubly so because you did provide an "I do not travel" checkbox. Depending on exactly how your survey provider collates its data, this might skew the ratio of people who travel as compared to people who don't. For example, if it ignores questions people have not selected anything for, you will have a survey result of 100% travelers. This is why you should have it as two questions.
Which graduation do you have? I have three of the five options available, plus a technical qualification which is not offered. Fail use of radio buttons, and not enough options. "Other" is not a substitute for actual data. Its a black hole into which data you might need falls, never to be seen again, and I am clicking it a darn sight too often in your survey.
Which occupational group do you belong to? I am both a student and a white collar worker. Once again, check boxes, not radio buttons. You are in good company here though. Many surveys, even governmental ones, insist you cannot hold more then one occupational group.
Monthly gross income? Now I'm just picking at straws, but why monthly? People look at their yearly income, not their monthly income. My monthly income varies by as much as 1000%. I averaged my yearly income to give you a figure.
How much did / would you pay for a Smartphone? Once again, where is the none option? I don't want a smart phone, I would not pay any amount for a smart phone. I'll just go ahead and pick one randomly, shall I?
*clicks randomly* (subtract 1 vote from the <600 Ç / < 780 US $ tally, to get more accurate data)
What is your monthly cell phone bill? I dont get billed for my phone. I'll pick another random answer, shall I?
If you do not have a smartphone, please answer the following questions as if you own one.
*bashes head against wall* Did you start drinking half way through writing this?

I've filled out the survey.
As has been said, the design of the survey could have been better. If it's for a class in secondary school, I'm sure it'll do; if it's college level, ask for a refund of your tuition fees.
