Even if you purposely break the rules like IT did they get off with only a warning in an otherwise clear ban-worthy violation. Only 62 strikes to go now IT, you better behave... or else.. you will be warned AGAIN!

Because it wasn't declared an exploit, and a GM didn't post a response saying that repeating it would get you banned before TEST did it? There are a bunch of shady mechanics in this game, like aggroing people inside POS shields with ECM bursts/Bombs, POS bowling before it got declared an exploit, old Titan Doomsdays through shields, Scooping your (agressed) ships with carriers to prevent them from dying on the undock, then instantly docking your carrier, old logoff while in warp when you see angry things on scanner, etc. They're are lots of ****ed/shady things in this game which aren't exploits, and until CCP declared it an exploit it was just another dubious game mechanic. I'm sure you're all for the equally ****ed idea of mass banning the BoB titan pilots that POS bowled several years ago, because they did it before it was declared an exploit? Really need a :bigcripes: emote. Seriously. ---
