Sharez	Posted - 2011.01.22 01:06:00 - [1] Hey Guys, I've just returned to EVE after a 2 year break and I feel like a noob again. :) I'm about to buy a Myrmidon but I need a little help on what I should fit it out with. Also what skills are a must have. I have the necessary skills to use the ship. Any help would be appreciated.

But as to how high.. depends really drone interfacing to 4 is the min for any drone boat i feel personally and t2 drones. Guns.. meh dont really need but most go with autocannons since they dont need cap.

Drones V Combat Drone Operation IV Drone Durability III+ Drone Interfacing IV+ (20% extra drone damage per level) Scout Drone Operation IV (Drone Link Augmentor) or V (T2 drones) Electronic Drone Interfacing III+ (for range) Drone Navigation III+ Drone Sharpshooting III+ Those should do for most L3s, add in mechanic skills such as: Mechanic IV (medium armor repper II) Repair Systems IV (medium repper II) Hull Upgrades IV (Damage Control II) or V (EANM II & Hardeners II) Armor Compensations III+ ------------------------------------------------ Quafe is people!

Serge Bastana Gallente GWA Corp	Posted - 2011.01.22 11:46:00 - [9] Edited by: Serge Bastana on 22/01/2011 11:46:41 For most L3's you can get away with Gallente drones, hobs and hammers, warriors and valkyries are better for Angels missions, but generally you should do ok with hammers. One thing I tend to do is fit a small remote armor rep if I have a spare high slot in case my drones get aggro, then I can quickly rep up any that have taken armor damage. Use your key bindings to speed up how you control your drones, open the ESC setting menu and go to the shortcuts tab. There you can set your key bindings for some of the common drone commands. I use ALT + E for engage, ALT + R for return and orbit and ALT + D for return to drone bay. They can be very helpful and after a while they become almost instinctual. ------------------------------------------------ Quafe is people!

You will not be able to remote rep them nor will you be able to re-call them in time. If this "AI" is implemented to regular mission NPCs and regular belt rats, as has been aluded to in dev blogs, then your drone ship will be useless. I therefore advise you to train for drake / tengu at this time. Regards, Angeliena

Tekitha Gallente Shadows Of The Federation	Posted - 2011.01.23 02:36:00 - [20] If your talking about PVE in terms of hisec missions my advice would be train active armor tanking and drone skills (including heavy and sentry drones) whilst flying ur myrm in lvl 3's, something like ... lows: 1/2x MAR 3/4x mission specific hardeners 1x cap power relay mids: afterburner 4x cap recharger highs: whatever medium sized guns u can fit / use (personally I prefer projectiles due to no cap use but rails would work ok I guess) - maybe salvagers / tractors if u want killing to be a bit slower but looting / salvaging to be a bit faster. rigs: aux nano pumps and/or CCC rigs dependant on cap stability (and whether u went with 1 or 2 MAR's) drones: 5x warrior II 5x Hobgoblin II 5x Valkyre II 5x Hammerhead II run lvl 3 missions in this while training / saving isk for a dominix to run level 4's with. Don't believe the hype!
