Well, after a fashion.
I'm considering opening up a handful of combat accounts for the express purpose of griefing Russian RMT'rs in stain (its fun making them starve IRL because they dont have real jobs). Simply petitioning them doesn't work since CCP either doesn't care to crack down (they would end up banning half of stain and losing a ton of money, they pretty much all bot/RMT), or they just replace the accounts within days, so I'm forced to kill them and stop their ISK production myself.
Which is fine for me, its a glorious crusade.
They only have a small force of maybe five or six combatents that regularly come out to play, but they are usually all a combination of Tengus or Dramiels. I have not found Tengus particularly easy to melt in 1v1 engagements either, they tank something fierce when im getting shot at by six of them.
I'm doing this solo, so I was hoping for some input on what I should train for to kill them. I'm on a fairly beefy machine with a quad core, so I reckon three additional accounts would do the trick if I have the right ships.
Any tips on a decent setup that could be ready in say, a month or two training time?
Note: They are not particularly good, just well equipped. In fact many of them just fit PvE tanks.

A month or two of training time? You could probably train up a battlecruiser and it's T2 fittings/ some core skills in that time. You'd need a lot of BCes though.

Yea, thats what ive been thinking. such a pain, i want to just kill em now lol.
I was suspecting a few geddons might do the trick, but training them all the way up to face melting dps is like ugh... i gota keep these guys from running, too.

actually RMT people use cheapest possible ships, because they want to sell all their isk
Anyone using Tengu or Dramiel cannot be an isk trader, or at very least - not a very good one.

No, they are definite RMT'rs.
They used to use ravens actually, but I kept killing them.
Ravens were too slow and too easy to soft, so they started upgrading to Tengus. They are much more durable, and cannot be probed out when they run missions, so it actually has been saving them money in damages compared to what i used to do to them.

The good old fashioned blackbird alt. Maybe not as a long term solution but it's a short training time and proven multi box friendly ship? Just a suggestion anyway.
Good luck, I hope you kill many RMTers.

For the record, the move to Tengus for this type of activity is seen in multiple locations. Right now a pilot capable of flying a Tengu is at a higher premium than many other pilots of higher SP for this very reason.

How is it possible? I always thought T3 ships are as much probable as other ones.

T3 ships can be probed you just have to try harder. The difference is pretty noticeable though.
I can see a battleship missioning on dscan and get a yellow hit on probes on the first try -- sometimes green if I'm lucky. The probe ranges have to be smaller to get yellow hits on a T3.

T3s can achieve unprobability (is that even a word? ) through fitting/subsystems. Its a matter of the ratio of your sig radius vs. sensor strength....which T3 can get to a point to make you virtually or completely unprobable

I'd usually say that alts in ECM ships are the surest way to take people out of the fight, but if they're fitted for unprobeability it might not work so hot, what with the heavily boosted sensor strength.
That said, consider multiple dominixes. They're cheap and can be cheaply fitted and still be effective, heavy neuts will shut down active tanking tengus and **** all over the dramiels buzzing around. You'll need t2 warriors, and probably t2 berserkers or wasps depending on how they're fitting (go over the ones you've killed and see what they're tanking). Don't count on killing the dramiels but you can make them get off your nuts, and if you get web+scram on a tengu that should be GG. If you want to get cute, fit a mix of heavy neuts and large RR and spider tank, though tbh the buffer you can put on a domi should be more than sufficient for popping tengus, especially if you can be certain they're packing scourge missiles and stack a couple hardeners against kinetic.
Out of curiosity, are you talking about the mission farmers up by G-M or the macro ratters that are, well, pretty much everywhere?

I had no idea that bots could run missions! Is that for real? They actually run missions for pirate factions in 0.0 space?
That is just freaking wicked, a t3 CAN be made unprobable, and if they do that there's virtually no stopping them because you can't bubble them on station approach(t3 interdiction nullifier). Bastards.

I doubt they botting mission in stain since Sansha lp ain't worth much.
Anyway, smart botter is use tengu because with bubble immunity and very quick align times it makes the only way you can catch them is with awox alt.
To train a republic fleet firetail (probably the best ship you can use for the pirce) tackle alt is like half a day. Then get in an alliance blue to them and get some easy kills (hopefully some nice loots too).
