Sansha can be beat because they are over aggressive, they fire at any ship and drone in the area, i watched a speed tank pilot get away and draw Sansha into chasing him, 1. transport ships, atleast 5 pilots fill their cargo with shuttles then warp in and jettison the ships, Sansha will begin to aggress the empty shuttles. 2. send in speed tanked frig pilots to get in and fly away in different directions (distraction pilots). 3. when most Sansha ships will be in hot pursuit of the speed pilots send in cruisers and battleships to kill the small Sansha force still hanging around, this should only be a frig a cruiser and a battleship or 2. 4.when aenough force is finnaly in there flank Sansha forces as now they have become devided, also dont forget to send a force of ships (big) away from area to be a reserve, this way attacking Sansha from being out flanked and drawing thier fire power and force little by little picking them off. success.

If it can be run, it can be run with a twist for lulz.

Um shouldn't an ejected ship end up in a can? (And in a wreck if you get popped). Really, while the OP clearly isn't use to anything but single person PvE combat it isn't like sending in something small and quick to pick up aggro and speed tank/kite NPCs is that unusual of a group PvE tactic.

Now I know kiteing may not be new but I have jettison a ship before and it does not come out on a can, however I have not yet jettison many ships at the same time but any experienced pilots in this lemme know please.

You'll be petitioned for creating mass lag. Carriers aren't allowed to fill their holds with shuttles to eject them anymore for a reason.

I came in here expecting something along the lines of Sansha Incursions. I didn't expect to see this. This post has facts in it regarding an incursion. Sansha is programmed to take out its larger threats first. ECM > BS > Logis > other. This falls out of that pattern. Also doesnt dictate that sansha also switches targets, as well as will instapop those 903y4973243 billion shuttles by the time your BS even land. Even if they do not. Your frigs will get chased down by the sansha frigs that go 6k m/s. Once the Ewar ships, logis and BS land they will all switch immediately to the higher threat.
So please, try theories first before you speak. ---------------------------------- Biomass is free (of) Eve4life! |

Considering the content in question has been out for about all of three days now I think we are still in the phase of "what will work" instead of "try theories before you speak." The OP had an idea and asked if it would work. Until there is an available body of knowledge about incursions this seems fully acceptable.
Now that being said, will the Sasha's changing their aggro based on DPS? If not I'm all for loading up a couple BSes with both Shield and Armor tanks, then melting the NPCs with HACs as they shoot at the bullet sponges.

Cheap Industrial ship = 400,000 isk. Army of shuttles = 100,000 isk(?)
It isn't based on DPS. It is based off the higher threat. How did you get 'dps' out of "Ewar > BS > Logis > Other" They will go for whatever can render their attacks useless. Once a target is attained that it wont be killed, they will normally switch to another.
Think PVP When doing this. CCP did a great job at making a PVP style PVE. ---------------------------------- Biomass is free (of) Eve4life! |
