I just grabbed the first chatlog that came to hand so others can sample the pleasure of sharing local with such mature, witty and sophisticated eve denizens. I'd certainly gag you lot for being irritating if I were a gm.
IT probably asked them to gag you in the same petition they instructed the bubbles to be unanchored in. (This is what you were going for isn't it!!!)

I was watching CAOD today after the final timer on 6vdt station.
My guy told me,station is down.3 minutes later,there was 3 threads on CAOD how pro Test or Goons are : )
U really need this attention?If yes u have serious problem in your life!

That's hilarious. I can't count how many people in the NC I blocked simply because I didn't care to see ascii images of body parts they never had.

IMHO, I would say yes, and it was interesting to watch this aggressive chatting getting more and more aggressive! Some of you really whip yourself into a frenzy! Raaaarrr! There are is some fine spam in there (Scrappy Joel however is incorrect on four counts, but that's okay).
Honestly though, I find you all pretty funny and I imagine you all pounding away on your keyboards somewhere out there in the world. No, I'm not mad.

Local is not for general chatting, it's an intel chat. And intel chats should stay clear except for intel info
How about CCP automatically gags anyone posting in local. EVE would be a better place for all.
