This is an issue caused by AA+HDR/Bloom.
Try combinations of turning off AA, Bloom or HDR and the problem should go away. Certain systems do not work with combiantions of AA +HDR/Bloom. ------------------------------------- The system issues man. |

Not following with what is causing this, my Graphics Card should be able to handle the graphics of Eve.

This is a bug in the way that combinations of AA + HDR/Bloom are handled with certain cards + drivers. HDR is applied and then AA is applied on that, for some reason this is performed repeatedly.
The only solution is to turn off either HDR or Bloom, or live without AA. ------------------------------------- The system issues man. |

Could you explain what each of the acronyms are?

AA - Anti-Aliasing~ HDR - High dynamic range.
This is irrelevant since they are listed as the acronyms in the EVE Client. ------------------------------------- The system issues man. |

My AA is already disabled and sometimes I still see the bug I showed above.

I had the same thing for a while, identical issue, different card,(Radeon 4890) different expansion. (Dominion?) I solved my issue at the time by updating my video card driver. Worked like a charm, although it has inexplicably done it once or twice since then.
Give it a shot, its an older card and if by chance you have never updated the driver or its been over a year or so, its defiantly time.

It's an Nvidia 8800 GTX, don't remember when I updated it last, I'll have to do that.

Also set your graphic card AA to use application settings, and let EVE control the AA, it should work better that way. If you already have it set that way, then do like they said above, and good luck.

ESC menu (for eve) > Display and Graphics > (right hand box that says Graphic Content Settings) Anti-Aliasing (start with a modest setting like 4x) -

Well I had the AA turned off, and it continued to cause problems, and I updated the drivers for the graphics card last night, should I try turning AA on?
