As stated before, and in this previous forum thread, we should have wallet divisions for individuals!
If it's a problem of EVE server resources, then just make them 'savings' wallets, which cannot be used by the market or contract systems. It would be equivalent to giving isk to an alt, but without logging out to access it; if you want it, you must manually transfer it from 'savings' to your 'main' wallet.
What will this do? Well, it would limit scams that rely on inattentive players to 'walking around money' - fake 'giveaways' for hundreds of millions would die if nobody kept that much in their main wallet.
It would also let players 'earmark' money for future goals. Want a T3 crusier, but don't have the cash on hand? Do what real people do - open a savings account and pay into it over time!
Alternative solutions that come to mind include: give players access to ALL wallets on their account, a confirmation box if a transfer exceeds X million isk (wallet setting), etc. But I'd really rather have individual savings wallets!
Tl;dr: just type +1 and/or something about agreeing.

I think private wallet divisions would be very useful. Like you say, saving money for a rainy day, or for the T3 cruiser.
I would also like to see a feature, both for corporations and for the private wallet to automatically put a certain percentage of tax/income in certain wallets.
For example, a corporation may have 20% of taxes go to the wallet "Ship Reinbursments", 10% into "Member Spendings", 10% into the "Titan Fund", 40% into the "Production" wallet and the rest into the Master Wallet.
By juggling these percentages a corporation can control flow of money in and out of the corporation.

I agree 100% - was kind of surprised there is no easy way to 'piggybank' some of your personal isk.
