After his heart warming speech today, regarding the new found freedom in Egypt, that he played a major role in, the people rejoiced. What Tyranny will the loving Americans topple next? With our Saviour Barack ******* Obama, there will be too many to count.

I'm not entirely convinced he's going to step down.
He tried promising he would a few times, to get people to stop rioting, and it turned out he was bluffing. After everyone goes home and starts working again i expect him to show up talking about reforms.
And yes, i'm aware the OP is clearly trolling on the Obama angle.

He has gone and left Egypt in the hands of Suleiman and the army. The demise of Egypt was nothing to do with Obama, he was just a clown trying to sit on the fence yet giving the appearance that he wasn't. The fate of Egypt is in their own hands and yet in the pursuit of freedom they may lose it all if they allow the Muslim Brotherhood into power. They can look forwards, or backwards as would be more appropriate, to a retreat into the dark ages if that becomes the scenario. The Arabs are as successfull at democracy as we are at multiculturalism both societies are collapsing under the strain.

It would help if the CIA would stop killing/removing the people they want to elect and trying to put in plants.
And Canada has never had a problem with multiculturalism.

The Israelis really didn't want Mubarak gone because they fear that and other middle eastern autocracies like Syria are having sleepless nights now I bet in case the Egyptians success inspires protests and revolution in their countries.
I hope everything goes well for the people of Egypt because they deserve it, especially for the largely peaceful way they pushed for change but it could make an unstable region even more delicate if things don't go well.

Wiki leaks.Pallileaks and AlJazeera didn't help any of this situation at all. I just showed how corrupt the governments really were. The revolution was suposed to have started and been co-ordinated on twitter which is why Mubarak had the internet disconnected. Instability in any ME country is never good news for Israel because the arab people can never accept that what they have is because of their own doing. It's easier to just blame the Jews.

Relevant article.
Mubarak was a figure the US and Israel had 'in their pocket' so to say, and i guarantee they're scrambling now to find a new person to put up for election who they can count on to protect their interests. Hopefully the Egyptians will have a swift and fully democratic election, and whoever the majority likes won't have an unfortunate accident arbitrarily blamed on some group.
As for the region itself, pressure has been building for a long time, and some things are going to give. There's no way around it. Hopefully when the dust settles things are better.

While there is certainly dislike for Israel, i'm pretty sure no Muslim nation is going to throw the first punch. Defensive pacts seem to be their main focus. Iran even has Russia backing it, if Israel or the US makes a move against it.
All Israel has to do is not panic.

I Quite agree with you there. They disenfranchised the natives and assimilated them after stealing their land. So dont you hate it when they wont lay down and die.
The Oka Crisis was a land dispute between a group of Mohawk people and the town of Oka, Quebec, Canada which began on July 11, 1990. It lasted until September 26, 1990. At least one person died as a result. The dispute was the first of a number of well-publicized conflicts between First Nations and the Canadian government in the late 20th century which were associated with violence.
The crisis developed from a local dispute between the town of Oka and the Mohawk community of Kanesatake. The town of Oka was developing plans to expand a golf course and residential development onto the land which had traditionally been used by the Mohawk. It included pineland and a burial ground, marked by standing tombstones of their ancestors. The Mohawks had filed a land claim for the sacred grove and burial ground near Kanesatake, but their claim had been rejected in 1986.

The arab Molem countries are waiting to see what happens with that tyrant Amadinejad. He has threatened to develop and use the bomb on Israel as soon as he has it. Syria,Labanon and now Turkey are aligning themselves with Iran perhaps out of fear or perhaps because they are now moslem ruled. Wikileaks actually showed though that a number of arab countries had secretly turned to Israel to form an alliance should Iran make overtures in their direction.

Yeah, the native thing is ugly and terrible, but that was how all of North America was taken over by white folk. The estimates about how many natives actually existed here before are greatly understated. It's one of the worst things humans have done in recorded history.
Although, in modern times Canada is known around the world as a good example of multiculturalism.

No, he hasn't. In fact his last UN speech was about making 2011 the year of nuclear disarmament. I'm not saying he's a great guy, but wild unsubstantiated claims are made up about his motives frequently.

Canada has a secessionist portion inside its country (the exact opposite of a mature response to multicultural tension).

Nah, Quebec was just throwing a tantrum for a bit in the 90's. They get more than enough respect. Canada doesn't have a first and second language, French and English are both it's official languages, and are on every product. The Prime Minister even reads each speech in both languages going back and forth between the two each paragraph.

You lost a god damn war so deal with it.
Yea we were a$$holes and invaded them and stole all their land. But who DIDN'T that happen to from 300-2000 AD? And what happened to them?
Do you see them getting ridiculous government welfare cheques on top of monthly allowances that equal more salary than the average worker, that the working class has to fu*king pay for? No.
Did they get free land where they can do whatever they want on top of still being allowed to mingle in with north american society? No.
They were f*cking assimilated, some were enslaved, ****d, beaten. The land was taken, nothing was given back. You had to deal with the new owners or you left.
I don't see any whining and crying from them?
tl;dr
Get the f*ck over it and stop stealing my god damn money so you can get drink and **** in my transit system and harass every f*ckin person with a decent job that you can find while your drunk off your ass being a slob clogging up the downtown streets.
