Are you seriously saying that the botters are not funding those massive cap fleets which include titans with their illegal isk?
Seriously?!

Originally by: Aiwha I think its usually alliances that purchase Titans. At least combat titans.
And Chribba, but he's just a collector.
Mostly this. Only alliances can afford to actually use them in combat ops due to the massive amount of isk even an honest non botting and exploit using corp can generate. Solo owners might log them in to make some screenshots of them for e-peening but rarely ever actually use them unless its under a pos shield giving out bonuses like in amamake for the pirates or jumping a bs gang with the bridge for smaller greifer corps with a bit of isk. As far as the average eve player is concerned they will never be able to afford one let alone use it in any meaningful way.

Bah we sure don't do it just for the e-peen! There's also mining involved (or for me at least )
/c
I do believe that falls under the 'taking a screenshot for e-peening' thank you very much filed in the 'oh look I mine with titans!' catagory.
<3 your contributions to eve though.

Originally by: Spurty Back in the day, when ignorance still existed, Titan pilots would be in everyone's address book.
Them logging in created a stir, something to do. We knew roughly where they were.
Location agents work be put into action
Plans formulated
Fleets created or dispersed
Now days, nothing.
No one appears to care.
12 down in one fight and the sinking feeling that it is about as meaningful as a lost cyno kessie
Well when you can afk your way to a titan in a few days 'work' why would they be any more meaningful a loss than a cyno kessie?

Originally by: Durin Sarga Chribba, miners everywhere should be both honored and insulted by that photo you linked. For realz.
Sure you had 4 titans mining veld, and that's cool. But you also had your fleet set up with no bonuses... ???
That's just a slap in the face of all things sacred to true miners. Might I suggest getting a different e-peen mining photo which does not highlight a lack of respect for mining protocol.
Unless of course you intended that photo to show no bonuses. At which point I say, "Bravo, you arrogant son of a gun."
He had his rorq at the pos. Notice the bit of space on the fleet window that is hiding the other member of the gang and the obvious number 5 on the fleet tab?
edit; doh. didn't notice the broken chain of command in the window. Good catch.
Chribba?
