TF/912204 û 17/02/113
AUTH û CL5//EXEC//#001 FOR GENERAL RELEASE
A little over six months ago, Veto Corp made the proud announcement that after two years of loose affiliation with the Guristas, our organisation had made the decision to offer a 5% stake in our operations to our contractors in Venal.
This was achieved by the allocation of 40% control of the Executor Corporation to two well known Guristas, which equated to 5% stock in Veto Corp as a whole.
Six months on, the corporation continues to flourish.
Profits are steadily climbing and operations continue to be extremely fruitful, with the ongoing cluster wide war conveniently providing endless avenues for trade, live testing and research and development.
Business continues to grow so rapidly in fact, that today the corporation has completed a full internal re-structure to cope with the heavier demand for our products and services. The aim is to strengthen and focus our operations even further.
This communication serves as notification to the wider capsuleer community that the following divisions of Veto Corp have ceased operation and trading :
[VETOA] Veto. Academy [VETOL] Veto. Logistics [VETOI] Veto. Investments
This cessation of operations is effective from 00:00 Eve Standard - February 17, YC113
Veto Academy has served us well, with a flawless record of training and development throughout its four and a half year life cycle. The Corporation closes with its head held high, a large percentage of its highly trained, combat hardened capsuleer force still residing with the executor corporation today.
Veto Logistics also closes in the same manner, with a proud history of providing a rock solid, heavily guarded and unbreakable logistical backbone and lifeline for corporate operations for a little under half a decade.
Finally, Veto Investments closes heavily in the black, with a thirteen figure bottom line after operating a market leading corporate investment IPO for a little over two years.
The Chief Executives and operational Directors of all three divisions move to the Executor Corporation with a strong sense of pride over the achievements and progress made during the corporation's operational lifespan.
All assets, funds and additional personnel from these three divisions have been merged into the Executor Corporation to further improve communication, simplify large scale logistical operations, and streamline offensive deployment.
An added side benefit of this restructure is that our two Gurista shareholders now own a combined 40% stake in the entire of Veto Corp's merged assets and operations, bringing us even closer to our Kirjuun in Venal.
We are aware that there may be opportunists out there that may make the attempt to use the business reputation and contacts we have formed over the last five years to attempt to extort present, past and future clients by imitating the divisions of Veto Corp which have been liquidated and merged.
Accept no imitations, if a pilot is not carrying the recognised Veto Corp alliance colours, he or she is not part of our roster and has no bearing or influence on our operations. If there are any queries regarding whether or not a potential business partner is involved with us, please contact our Corporate Security Director, Makar Kadesh.
Please also be aware that Veto Corp no longer trades under these three division names, and any and all questions, comments, business proposals or diplomatic requests should be made either to Veto Corp Executor Ethan Verone, or Veto Corp Public Relations Director Karlos Korachi.
Pending shareholder vote, the corporation may also elect to create further shares and make a public offering within the next six to twelve months.

The final part of the restructure of our organisation will come April 1st, when all current capsuleer employee's contracts will be assessed for viability with our new business plan.
Employees at risk of redundancy under our new refined business model have already been informed. If any organisation is approached by a current or former employee looking for work, I can be contacted directly via mail to provide a full employment reference.
Coupled with this, Veto Corp hereby initiates a call to all Gurista loyal Capsuleers with a solid combat background to step forward. Employment opportunities are available in a number of key roles throughout the Corporation, given our re-structure.
Veto Corp proudly consider ourselves Gurista Loyalist, as a paramilitary capsuleer wing operating under the command of Korako Kosakami.
We look forward to increased trade across the cluster, a more focused and sharpened business and combat presence, and a solid future of operations with our partners in Venal.
Questions, comments, spite, hatemail and death-threats are, as always, appreciated.
Thank you for your kind attention,
Ethan Verone, CEO & Executor

Every self-respecting criminal organization has at least one heavily body-modded goon.

It is always a nice thing to hear some capsuleer corporation is doing well, but i have to admit it is a scary though to hear the same from pirate-aligned organizations, specialy ones lead by capsuleers.

No. Being in a leadership position in one of the most successful and well-known pirate organisations to date will earn you a lot of enemies both inside and outside capsules. Best be prepared for both types. ----- Andreus Ixiris CEO, Mixed Metaphor

Not really tanks, I've had to pull a blade outta at least one of them before.
Know we've had our problems Ethan but I really do hope this doesnt mean VETO is dieing.
I say this because your saying it needs a revamp and thats normally what that means.

Far from it. If you actually had the sense to read what was written fully, and understand it, then you'd be well aware that we're in a stronger position than we've ever been.

Again, your reading comprehension is as terrible as ever. The corporation hasn't had a revamp, or a change of direction. We're still doing what we've done for the last five years incredibly successfully, and we're still unwaveringly loyal to the Guristas.
We've simply increased focus, and streamlined operations to make sure that we can further improve the efficiency of our operations and cope with the demand for our products and services.

So you give Gurista shares in your corp for free? hoping it will benefit you in future? At the same time, Guristas dislike your corp and most of its pilots as they have been destroying Gurista assets.

Were you aware of our involvement with the Guristas through various channels over the last few years, you'd be well aware of what our loyalties mean to us as a corporation.
No serving member of Veto Corp has ever fired a shot against a Gurista vessel while on our roster. We have a large number of former State and Federation loyalists in our ranks whom are still working themselves into good standing with Venal, however this doesn't affect our ability to work for the Guristas. We have the right people in the right places, with the right standings to get the job done.
As with all Amarr, you're quite fast to pass judgement on that which you don't understand. You also happen to be using the age old, typical argument of an unmaintained and badly updated standings system to try and further a hollow, and ultimately baseless point.
Still, knock yourself out with your petty arguments, they mean very little to us as our bottom line continues to expand substantially.
