Hey all. I was wondering what are all of the "professions" in EVE Online. (I.E. Planetary Interaction, Mining, etc.) And, which are the most profitable/fun to do?
Thanks in advance. :D

Mining: Harvesting asteroids, ice and gas fields for industrial use.
Industrial: Manufacturing various items and ships. Includes PI, which is used to produce fuel for POSs and components for other manufacturing.
Research & T2/T3 industry: Production of T2/T3 and research for/of blueprints (which are used to manufacture advanced modules and ships).
Exploration: Using probes to find hidden sites from which you can retrieve some very decent rewards, though the outcomes of the sites you find are very random.
Missioning: Doing missions for various agents, levels 1 through 5. The income is good and steady, and shares relevant skills with PvP, making this a favourite.
PvP: Combat between players. There are player mercenary corps in the game who take large sums of ISK to go to war, or otherwise make trouble for specific targets. Large alliances also regularly clash over territory. Small scale, and solo PvP go on regularly as well.
There's probably more than this, naturally; you're never done learning EVE.

Scamming: A fool and his ISK will soon be parted
Hauling: Make ISK doing courier contracts in a freighter
Salvaging: Probe out mission runners and reclaim their salvage for profit.

First of all id like to mentioned that EVE has no real "profession" system
professions are just a label and that label can define any activity really.
Hell even in corps a title can be whatever you want it to be.
Second, this here is a guide to EVERYTHING in EVE

you also missed out
gambling sites banks setting up investement oppertunities etc etc etc
Eve is a SANDBOX game, as in, whatever you want to do, do it.
Think of something that might make you isk and then do that if it's fun.
People even make others fourm sigs for isk.
