I am currently running 3 characters doing PI, each runs 5 planets, 10 planets dedicated to mining then exporting p0 to an manufacturing planet. Witch spits out p2 pos fuel, my question is. Is this a good setup or is there something I could be doing that is much more porfitable. I'm currently spitting out enough coolant/enriched uranium/mechanical parts/robotics/oxygen to support 2 large towers hourly,
Any thoughts?

I would refine to P1 on planet, then export. Keeps volumes and costs down.

Well if you are looking to turn a profit rather then mainly shove fuel into your POS, first you need the max leveled command centers and train all PI skills up to level four or five (especially Command Center Upgrades and Interplanetary Consolidation). After that, get the rarest material on the planet (for example something like Felsic Magma on a lava planet, or noble metals on a desert/plasma planet). If you are already extracting most (if not all) of the base PI material, then you are set. Although i would advise that you have as many planets as possible. Once you have everything in the right spot, start extracting and take the material to your factory planet. What you are aiming for is high grade PI material like Wetware Mainfrmae and that sort of stuff. Typically you can make plenty of pos fuel to keep your pos going for a long time, so if you have extra material go ahead and sell it on the market. The path to the p5 material is a lengthy one and unless you are routing the material from your launchpad to the factories, it can be difficult. But you can quickly turn a profit when you make this stuff with very minimum effort.
And to answer your earlier question, you are doing it very well.

I also prefer processing to P1 on the mining planets, less stuff to freight around that way...

Do not ever export or import p0, it cuts way to much into your profits. I came, I saw, I downloaded. |

Well im not sure what u guys think is an acceptable profits from PI. Im running a few planets myself and 10 mill pr planet pr week is average profits.
Is that considered ok or im a doing it totally wrong..

^^ This
3000 P0 = 1 P1
Exporting & Importing 3000 P0 = 450.00isk Exporting & Importing 1 P1 = 1.14isk

As said above, do P0 to P1 on one planet, don't move P0 around. Do this and set up a planet dedicated for P2 and above production. Your profit margins will go up considerably.

I'd say you're probably doing it inefficiently in one way or another. Are you doing PI in lowsec or 0.0? If you want to stay in highsec, just buy p1 off the market and process it up to p2/p3/or p4 depending on how involved you want to get and what your spreadsheet-fu tells you is most profitable.
I produce p2 and p3 POS fuels in nullsec on 2 characters with a total of 12 planets and elite CCs. I produce approximately 1.2b worth of fuels per month in this manner, going for an even spread to fuel my corp's POSs rather than min-maxing the most profitable ones. This requires me to put in about 30m worth of work a day hauling p1s from the "mining" planets to a factory planet, and hauling the p2/p3 fuels from the factory planet to an outpost. I reset the extractors (48h cycles for first 4 days, then 24h) while flying between planets and move the setup every 8-10 days as depletion forces the extraction rate below the 50k/hr I require.
This is a fairly labor-intensive method of doing it; I have friends who have setup their colonies to only require hauling once a week and they make about 300m/month per character, (but their goal is just to make some low-effort isk, not fuel a bunch of POSs).

Retune your factories, 3000 P0 is 20 P1
