Hi,
can anyone tell me what I¦m doing wrong cos after the 1st batch of PI goods is successfully routed through my extractor unit to my launchpad all following batches vanish ???

Without a more specific description it's hard to diagnose, but it sounds to me like you have your ECU product routed directly to your processor.
Is the route to your launch pad or through the launchpad? If it's the second case, then the launchpad won't buffer any of the raw materials and your production will suffer because you would lose most of your raws. Otherwise, if that's set up correctly, then check the links to make sure they aren't overloaded, and maybe redo the links if there aren't any obvious problems there as you might have a bugged link somewhere.

Setup is:
ECU with 10 heads -> launchpad -> BIFs -> CC Storage all links are max at 30%

Is your launchpad full?

I wouldn't use your command center as your storage. Have it go back to the launchpad.

A few options.
1) Check your CC storage - if it's full it will throw off the whole system -> solution check if the CC storage is full, even better route to the launchpad. 2) The second cycle can actually produce more material than the first, this can lead to the link from the ECU to the launchpad being overloaded which will result in your material spilling over -> solution upgrade the link 3) Your link between the BIF and the CC storage is actually not live for some reason in this situation the BIF would have its buffers full but the material would have nowhere to go. -> solution check the routing of the materials from the BIF.
Points 1 and 3 should affect BIF output but the P0 should still be stockpiling in your launchpad, as you say this is not the case I assume that your link overflowed, but I put in the other options as they happen often enough.

Free tip from Scitor:
One thing I can interject here, be careful about crossing links. This can cause you to have to redo them. Crossing links is not good as it causes interference and you will get a warning message and have to redo them. _______________________________________

My work around.
1. Set transport line. Upgrade it or not, doesn't matter. Even lv0 will do. Click "Confirm".
2. Go merrily setting routes now. You can upgrade the transport lines if you need, just do not set any new transport lines! Click "Confirm".
3. Never ever hurry again, when setting these routes up. -- B=g, Honor, Nar=d. Semper Fidelis. Nec Hercules Contra Plures. |

I am having the same problem....works fine when I create the routes with enough mats in the launchpad...but when I run out, and simply import more, the p2 no longer makes it to the launchpad....just finishes cycle and disappears...
If I manually add some p2 it starts producing again....
So...if I make sure there's always enough p2 for the p3 factories, everything works fine.....but if I let the p1 get too low and p2 factories stop producing, and then I add more p1, the p2 factory takes it, runs a cycle and then spits nothing out, but the p1 is gone.....if I add some p2 manually, it starts working again, without touching any routes....all routes go through launchpad....
Has to be a bug...petition open for a week now....no answer yet...

don't forget to check if the other factories are filling theyre buffer, you have the production run, but also a buffer, it's on the left down side of the factory information window.
sounds to me that the factories that are already running are building up a buffer, while others get nothing and if you then fill that buffer completely you see the other factories get goods too and start to run too.

No ... What is happening is that the resources are dissapearing...
ie:
2 P1 factories producing a P2 and then I route the P2 to the launchpad and then route the P2 from the launchpad to the P3 factory.
If I allow the p1 resources to get depleted, the system never works again even when I put new p1 resources in the launchpad. It only starts working after I manually put some P2 in the launchpad!....
The P1 factories get the resources they need and go through a cycle but the P2 created does not get fed to the launchpad and does not get fed to the P3 factory (still waiting for resources at 0%).

yep, thats exactly what happens in my chain seems to be a bug/feature by CCP
