Why not add an armor tanking missile boat to the line up? We have every other combination. What are others opinions on this mix?

The problem I see with that particular setup is missile damage mods are low slots along with armor tanking mods... The hull would need to counteract this somewhat, and would potentially have pretty insane damage ranges because of it. The benefit of shield tanking missile ships like the raven and golem and even the rattlesnake since we are discussing pirate ships is they can field a tank AND their damage mods at the same time. Though, in the rattlesnake's case, it does gimp it's massive tank to do so.

yup there are still some ships missing so there be space for one we have shield tanking laser boats in the sansha but the other way round is missing

Interesting and good point regarding the low slots. What if it had a bonus to the armor amount on the pre-fitted ship which gave the option weather or not fit armor plates or verses damage mods? Leaving it to the users discretion ,more damage or more tank or happy medium. I'm not an expert on the subject, however I'm interested in others opinions if such a hybrid could/would work.

The Khanid line of ships does this currently for frigates (Vengeance) and cruisers (Sacrilege), a battleship is all that is missing.
I'm guessing a future T2 Abbadon with Khanid colors spewing torps would be the closest bet.

What we need is Mordu's Legion Command ships.
Mix Minmatars speed and shields, with Caldari's Missiles (and ECM).
Imaginge a HAM Vagabond. Win.
