Recommend adding a buffer of 1 or 2 low sec systems around Empire space where CCP would still patrol, respond and punish players who attack other players. By doing this you would <br>1. Allow new players to experience 0.5 space without fear for their lives.<br>2. Allow players, who inadvertantly stray into 0.5 without knowledge of what awaits them, a chance to recover.<br>3. Allow experienced players a safe area to ferry ships into for transport into 0.0 space.<br><br>Thereby making the game more enjoyable for all and less discouraging to New players who would get frustrated with losing ships and pods.<br><br>Thank you for listening.

1) remove the breaks
2) CCP does not patrol, respond to, or punish acts of aggression anywhere in this game.

OP... I believe you are thinking of CONCORD and not CCP. You also have a few other things wrong as well.
For starters... CONCORD punishes the illegal actions of players and does nothing to prevent them in the first place. Second, CONCORD exists in 1.0 to 0.5 space. In 0.4 to 0.1 there are only gate and station guns. So I fail to see what you are trying to propose here. _______________________

We know you meant concord, not CCP. We also know your talking about low sec, and not 0.5 sec (which is high-sec with concord protection, although this protection just ganks the people that gank you... it doesn't really protect your ship. A ship in space in EVE is not safe... ANYWHERE... not even in a POS).
If you can't handle low sec, should you be in nullsec? (Although I'll admit nullsec is often more safe than hisec).
As for your request... You basically said... I want to extend hi-sec protections to low-sec systems next to high sec (essentially turning them into high sec). This would allow me to bring ships to my alliance logistic station, where their big ships (Carriers/JF) can safely move stuff from high-sec to null-sec. Are you serious??
p.s. You should rarely lose a pod in lowsec... when your ship is dieing, pick a celestial and spam the warp button... that way your pod will instawarp once your ship explodes. Upon doing this, only lag will allow someone to catch your pod.

plot course....see all the pretty colors of squares. Empire will be blue, green and yellow. IF the yellow scares you, plot different course. Orange and red is bad mmmkay.
Waits for all empire should be .4 or lower replies. Also waits for all empire regions should have low sec dmz's between them. Common troll replies to this troll lol.
