So I guess the new DED plexes that will now spawn, are where the missing complex loot items (like most of the deadspace 10MN MicrowarpDrives) can be found?
If so, Yay.

No Jack, not even that would make everyone happy. Only 93.7% of the player base.
You mean 93.7% of the 300 or so people who bothered to vote in your poll.

Yay for unlimited character re-customization in station, thanks CCP! Higher resolution portrait viewing options also rock.
My only remaining complaint regarding the character creator is a lack of outfits. Before the new character creator there were a lot of unique racial clothing options that I loved. I feel like the new clothing options are a bit less diverse. I'd totally pay a plex to get access to new character creator versions of all the old clothing options. Pretty please?

I was thinking along the lines of deadspace invul fields, cap rechargers, cap power relays, PDU's, RCU's, neuts, etc. But yeah, now that I think about it, there's a few current deadspace items that are in the database but never drop. I hope its both

Originally by: PLEX Purchaser Meh.. Played a lot of other MMO's, Final Fantasy XI , FF XIV , Wow , and a fair few others..
I paid a hefty amount for other mmo's upwards to 80$ ~ 100$ USD for some.. Of the majority of MMOs I played, we got new major content patches about once every 2 years and had to pay for it, another 45$ for each expansion.. same with most Main stream MMO's .. Content comes slow and they almost always charge more money for it right along with having to continue paying your subscriptions.. minor bug fixes would come from time to time and other then that you don't get much else other then your next bill...
Since starting Eve online.. I have enjoy numerous content updates and bug fixes, and I have not paid nothing more then my subs, "which is surprisin I can also read fairly well so I have also noticed the Dev Blogs explaining Lag, why it is so, and what they have been doing about it.. along with what they intend to do about it.. So I understand with no need to complain that they are doing everything they can and that they are also still giving us Bug fix's and new content at the same time.. Oh yeah and the 0.0 to true sec changes for plexs and anomalies etc.. are you guys not living in 0.0 for PvP and conquest etc.. from my point of view these changes give reason to fight and conquer space.. if you really have an issue with this just go back to high sec where you belong lol.. cause clearly if you fear for your ability to live in 0.0 with true sec, then you must not have much regard for your alliance mates as to there ability to conquer and hold space of higher value :(
I am a more then satisfied consumer.. my money seems to go a lot farther in Eve online I have multiple accounts and although there are issues in the game and everything isn't 100% perfect the game has more to offer then most other games and is still giving me free content.. even if some of it isn't exactly what I wanted personally, I'm not 12 years old and gonna act like I can speak for the entire Eve community by saying something like "Once again CCP fails to listen to there customers" or "I pay my subs so we own this game, do as I say, arrr"
Instead will say that, I'm sorry but Just because you don't like it doesn't mean the entire community doesn't like it or parts of it.. CCP probably doesn't give a **** if you personally don't like every feature they add in there game (and I don't blame them) and here is a interesting fact.. I watched Fanfest, and they said it had been 18 months since last Fanfest and there user base has increased 20% in that time.. so would have to say that not only is the majority of players fairly happy with the game but they also managed to have a growth of 20% of new players/accounts, and are growing steady still.. so sounds like CCP is doing a pretty damn impressively good job to me.
not only that Plex system is awesome, someone else complain that CCP would lose money because they would not be able to maintain there subs with the true sec changes in 0.0.. come on really? lol said something like I do sanctums 5 or 6 days a month to pay for 6 accounts and pvp the rest of the month.. so if they remove them there losing 4 of your paid subs.. OMG you might have to do a couple more days of PvE to pay for you subs .. LoL until your **** alliance pulls together to conquer some space that has the plexs you desire!! maybe it's just me, but I kinda feel like, if your maintaining 6 accounts you gotta serious addiction and I doubt that CCP gonna have to worry about losing money from you..
But hey, Is just my 2 ISK worth of Input..
I agree 100%. I have 5 accounts, pay cash for all 5. I'm amazed at how some people are so adamant they will not give CCP "a dime of their money". Who needs customers like that? I see so many new players coming into EVE all the time, who cares if these old whiners quit for any reason.

So, there is another goal to enter low sec space. ArenŠt there already better complexes to go for? Better moons? Better everything? So what about consequenses - what about station that have already been build for billions of isk? LOL - Upgrades that are more or less useless now for anomalies. No more havens.... DonŠt tell people only the way it goes - but solutions for those who played this game for years and invest tons of time to create a home for their corp.

I feel sorry for the ppl at CCP who are trying to make a better game, not for the ppl trying to make a name for themselves.
note to CCP ppl dont take well to being treated like chit and ask them to pay for it.
no1 likes nerf's but normally there understandable. this one is not thats why there's such a reaction.
It would be nice to know what you are talking about.
I suspect that it's the anomalies in 0.0. The quality of roids and rats are already based on the truesec through out Eve, why not anomalies?
BTW I like the 5-15% figure, where did you pull that from?
An awful lot of nullsec dwellers like to think of themselves as the majority (or at least the only ones who are Important). The facts show that the opposite is true, certainly from a CCP economic perspective.
As of the Q3 edition of the economic report, there were 600,000 (87%) characters located in Empire, and only 77,000 (10.7%) in nullsec. So, thinking that up to 15% of accounts are going to be cancelled over this is just a technicolor dream.
So, 0.0 carebears, what can you do to improve your voting power? How about trying really hard to bring more people into nullsec and improve your influence with CCP? How about establishing proper industry wings and spending assets to protect and encourage them while they make you ISK and discounted ships? How about trying your hand at some of the other aspects of Eve than just blowing stuff up and then ratting to replace the stuff you had blown up?
Eve is a rich and complex environment and there are a whole lot more ways to make ISK in 0.0 space than just running anomalies!
Oh, and thanks CCP for fixing a bunch of the annoying "paper cuts" in this upcoming patch!
1) Your opinion is valued 2) It is a horrendously misinformed opinion 3) CCP has always state that they wanted people to GTFO of empire and into 00 4) They have yet to make a truly compelling reason to force carebears out of camelot 5) They should move all level 3 and 4 agents to low sec space 6) Do another gate redirect and DOUBLE if not TRIPLE the size of empire space in systems 7) Yeah you can do things other than anomalies, but why punish those people? In empire you can make more money in more safety. Heck just moving goods around you can trade on margins and make a good living from that. However this patch is full of punishment and gives us players LESS of a reason to go to 00 as CCP just made stuff more scarce.
I guess it just sucks to be in 00. Remind people that profit is the difference between revenue and expense. This makes you look smart. Scott Adams

all those who say nobody fights for sanctums, your option is GTFO to empire back! The filthy pet scum, either go for better space or STFU whining, its the intention of this patch, at least you are forced to stop being filthy pet scum. It was always the way, the "cores" settled in a better space and filthy pet scum like SpaceMonkeys, FCON, Fatal Ascension, Violent Entity etc. was put as punch bugs in crappy space, why should you make tons of ISK out of crap space?? It doesnt make any sense.

Ignoring 100+ pages of disapproval shows how much CCP really cares about ppl that pay to play this game.
Also, @ nano bobcat: i don't think anyone has a issue with crappy space<good space. What most people have an issue with is crappy space<high sec in terms of income.

holding sov is not equal holding sov. Controlled Chaos, for instance, doesnt really "hold" sov. You are one of those NC's pets, who were "allowed" to put your TCUs there because you suck enough. If you hold anything at all, are goons c*cks. Such people should not be in 0.0, the recent patch contributes well to that matter.

Originally by: XFluke Once more, CCP doesn't listen to its community... WE ARE WHO PAID FOR THIS GAME...
Sad, really sad... i dont want a great looking game.. i want a fun game. LAG is so bad in major fleet battles that you cant even load grid... What about that??? ALL you care is nerfing the good and fun things on eve and not fixing the REAL issues.
Good point, we do pay for the game, but they are the ones that create it, so I guess without a little of both there would be no game. Also it might be good to remember that this is not your person game, that other people play it and appreciate the changes.
As for lag, yep thats a killer. However the dev blogs linked above give good information on why lag is something that can never be removed from the game, just minimised, as shown by the increasing cap on the Jita population.
Originally by: Ramingo By 6 hours downtime, to implement a few missing plexes, they of course mean INSHALLAH!!!!
As you most likely do not have technical knowledge of the CCP servers and software, then I would say it might be difficult to say what is and is not a long deployment time. However with the changes made to EVE recently, downtime has been reduced substantially, so if they need to take a little extra time for deployment to make sure everything works, thats fine with me.
Originally by: Arth Lawing Figured out how to install stone age, freely availible forums. Missing DED plex's we didn't bother doing from years ago added. Other Crap. Many hours offline.
And again, I am sure CCP apologise that EVE is not your personaly customised game with all the features you want.
As for me, I am quite happy with the way that CCP are moving, they have a long way to go, but are getting there. Server upgrades, staggered release of Incursion, and refocusing on updating old content, all good stuff. But you have to ask yourself, would you want CCP to dedicate an entire expansion just to fixing old content, without bringing out anything new? I think a balance of both is good.
Serenity
An after thought, a devblog on the recent server problems would be nice, just to fully explain the issues that have been occuring.
This is by far the best post i have seen explaning lazy ppl how and why things are going they way they are.
I totall agree with it as i don't like the whiners.
I still wonder when they (n.b. THE WHINERS) will just leave this unhappy and unfriendly game and go play .... (here would be name of some other game they think it's better....)
SURPRISE...mf ... there's no other !!! ahahahaha
p.s. and they come back and start whining again...

getting bored of nerfs, i have no problem with rebalancing through new and exciting invention, discovery or exploration.
When they invented the atom bomb it wasnt later nerfed because it was too powerful.
You want to make low truesec more proportionally valuable do it by making it more valuable with something new not just removing fun from other space.
Scientists develop a new wormhole anchoring system, however it can only be used in the most desolate regions of space -0.5 and lower. cost ludicrous (more than a station), and permanent. Players choose where to upgrade but are limited in choice and system is a good target because the upgrade will remain after conquering.

I kind of doubt significantly less isk will enter the economy for the following reason: regions that are getting the biggest buff are the Drone Regions, which are a bot heaven, so botting income will increase. Also, this will make botting more profitable and encourage more people to do it.

As someone who lives in null sec and has for years...im really not to bias about the change. i see everyones points. power blocks will hold everything worth it small alliances will get nothing worth taking. empire will continue to think their opinion matters even though they never step foot in our (null pilot's) space and will continue to make their money in missions. ccp will continue to do what THEY think is best and not the customers. everyone will adjust to make their billions once again like we have been for 8 years. the reason the old players that are still here and strong is bec they adapt. we overcome and make new with a new venture. survival of the fittest. if you dont like go spend your 15/month on some diapers and go back to WoW. im not saying these changes are needed or wanted but they are happening anyway so STFU and deal with it.
