The clocks in England went forward, but GMT/UTC doesn't, IT'S A TIME STANDARD! London is currently GMT/UTC +1
(Yes, GMT and UTC are not *technically* the same, but within a fraction of a second, they are)

We wanted to provide you with a thread to keep you updated on the deployment of Incursion 1.4. The deployment started at 09:00 UTC, and we expect to open Tranquility to the players at 15:00 UTC. We will use this thread to keep you updated throughout the process.
Update at 10:39 UTC. All updates have been applied for Incursion 1.4 and Tranquility is up in testing mode.
Update at 14:40 UTC. The deployment for EVE Online: Incursion 1.4 has been extended to 16:00 UTC while we we investigate an edge-case issue that may adversely affect a small number of our players. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Update at 15:25 UTC. Downtime has been extended till 18:00 UTC as we continue to investigate and fix the edge-case issue. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for this inconvenience.
